@muyo2001 Thanks for your reply, will be contacting you soon. |
Hey you can reach me on 08060928856 for details @dcollins14 Thanks for your responds. Do you have any contact or are you experience in the day to day running of any truck at the moment or in the past. Can you please share some information to this extent. Where are your destinations? and what are the price rang? how many trip will they be doing a week. please get back to me on the following so we can talk. |
Please do we have anybody in the house that as experience in managing trucks. please let here from you. |
If you are looking to rent a house in Nigeria, what are the main facilities you will be looking for in the house? Will you be willing to pay extra for those facilities? Example are CCTV, generator, washing machine and so on. Over to you guys. |
@poster My advice will be to go into Real Estate, but with the amount you are talking about mean you have to start at the lower stage of the market. Started the process a while back (Real Estate) and decide to have an income to support instead of using all my capital. Haulage business is good, but very very frustrating, but if you are their to run it then all better. You can then use the income to go into Real Estate. but please don't do it without you being in Nigeria, and I'm talking from experience. |
hello, please does anybody know of any company or have a contact for any company that deals in haulage business? I'm interested in the ones that travels long distances like Port Harcourt, Abuja e.t.c from Lagos. The trucks size are between 14 to 20 ton and 24 foot box. Will also like to know prices for each destination. Thanks in advance |
@ lawyer what about the people that don't live in nigeria, how do you deal with the issue of the tax clearance and also the one for the omo-onile if you bought from them years back? |
@Ashland I did some reading on different types of investments sometimes ago by a fellow nairalander, goggle search naijainvestment.weebly and read about investments you might find it useful as i did, You can also check out thirdeye articles. But must say, i agreed with Asitis and Sames, if you are investing in properties you should be looking between seven to ten year maximum, and even lower in some areas. |
akininNC:Maybe to you. Don't have time for all this. |
akininNC:You don't need to be insultive akin, there are no kids here, we're all adults but with different opinion!!!!!!!!!! |
Godalone:Whatever man, you know it all. |
@Godalone Have you being following the post at all. You don't have to keep hammering this, people don't like being told what to do. It like you are laying down the laws. |
Very interesting dairy |
@ziontrain,igwe1,akininNc & co. I'm not trying to create anymore fights but i feel i need to say this, you guys should now that it's not everybody that don't agreed with your principles has to be inspired. Yes you made your point but it's now time to move on, am sure there are people like me that would have wanted to say something but never bothered, thinking all you guys will say is they are inspired because they have a different view from yours. I also went through some of those ids and i am convinced asitis and jafour are not inspired, jafour is base in canada and asitis is base in london, try and go through their posting, their way of speaking (english) is even different, and yes i can tell by how they construct their sentences, why don't you guys try and investigate more instead of sweeping people's opinion under the carpet by assuming they are inspired, i know deep down you lots know not all the ids are him but i guess it's easy for you guys to come back and say, it's inspired again, this is one of things that infuriate people, nothing stops people from saying ziontrain and igwe are the same person or that ziontran and another dealer is not the same as well. |
Honesty is good of course, but what you guys are not doing right is the manner by which this is being put, suggestion of honesty has been made, it's now left for people to do as they wish, at the end of the day, if i decided to buy a car from inspire, i don't think i'll consider what ziontrain and co as been saying, i'll make all necessary check, remember what we human beings hate the most is to be told what to do, ohh how i hate to hear "sanitising the auto section" We are adults not children. |
@ ziontrain I'm sure by the time i finish this i will also be call inspire. i read through most of this post but all i can say is let people make up their own mind. But i have to admit though that i've thought you are one sided on all this matter. You keep on screamming on a particular dealer but keep taken cool approach on the other, the best thing is to just leave everybody and let them make their choices, you're driving people away from these section because of what is not even your business, all i can say is buyers beware, make thorough check before payments. |
@ ziontrain I quite understand you, please let this phemmyus do the explaining to us, this is simple, what he advertised is questionable, it's up to him to make us understand, what i can't understand is instead explaining away he felt his image his being tarnished by someone just because this person pointed out his mistake, didn't a similar incident happened not too long to another dealer? He needs to do some explaining or just ignore this instead of pointing fingers because the facts still remain as it is, the report is different from what he advertised, yes the vin might be the same if we have an opportunity to view the car but as that is impossible we have to go by the information we have, it's now up to him to justify this instead of laying blames on an Innocent party. About the color changing from silver to gold, i don't know about the US but in UK you have to notify the dvla of any color change, according to the pictures, the color was not changed in nigeria, don't you think the seller owns the would be buyers some explainations? Do you not think this raise abit of supicious? Just like you said, people are much intelligent nowadays so two or three things different about the car can make ME decide it's not the same car, we're not in the court of law here and unfortunately can't view the car in question either, we just have to do with the information available. About your last sentence, well anyone is entitle to his or her opinion regardless of what the opinion is, that's your opinion and don't mean i have to agree with it, i certainly do not have the time about this arguments about vin or no vin that has been going on for a while now, all i know is that buyers needs to beware vin or no vin. |

@ jumyg thanks again and much appreciated. |
@ jumyg thanks for your contribution, much appreciated. If you don't mind me asking, pls where did you made your purchase from? Also please give me an idea of installation, cost?. Thank you in advance. |
Am still waiting for any information on the quotation and current prices of the above. If you just bought one recently or you just had one priced, your contribution will be appreciated. plumbers in the house, How much will you install the above mention. |
Do anybody in the house have the current prices for bath, shower, WC and wash hand basin. I also need quotation for the installation for the above, (3 bathrooms with bath and 1 with a shower, also guest toilet with WC and wash hand basin and gate house with WC), thanks in advance. |
Some people are ignoring what the poster said. He said its a business venture and he expect high returns. How are the people with low income be able to afford this. And let not forget this is not a government initiative program, the poster obviously expect high returns. Come on guy let be honest with ourselves, will anybody in the house pay 2million for such a house? The idea of course is very possible but might not be profitable |
Aigbofa lan woke ,ifa kan osi fara igi gogoro magunmi loju, |
A:depend on the way you look at it.if the land is of a sentimental value to you rather than investment, then no B:how much is your land worth, compare to the house in question?. C:your mum may not want you and your brother to start fighting over one property. |
@yink99 How far, did the builder manage to complete for the quoted price. |
@ james1 That is so uncall for,we are all adult and people agreed and disagreed. I also don't believe it can be achieved for that amount, and am talking from experience. |
mdCEO:considering top finishing varies and cost of building material as gone up.if you are there to do it you self i will advise you to burget about 25million. since you said the fifth bedroom will be a painthouse, meaning extra decking and if you are not there, the price can be doubled. |
With a good finish i will say between 15 to 18 million.it cost 15million just to finish a four bedroom in lekki with good finish. |
why not try www.makeitnigeria.com |
james1 @ I'll like to see the break down on how this can be achieved |
