PoliticsRe: Fuel Scarcity To Continue Till February 2016 - The Sun by youngRx(m): 10:49am On Dec 21, 2015
seriosly...dis has gone beyond blamming d current administration or regreting voting dem in. whatever mistake ws made in votin APC has been done...now we really need to pray for dis country. i myself never belived in d change APC promised and i used to rejoice when i see this kind of news cos it prove dt APC promises were a scam. but ryt now the kind of scary news i read everyday is becoming too much. its time to pray real hard for this country. cause whether we blame APC or not its still us the citizen dat will suffer.
pray hard my friends....pray for nigeria
PoliticsRe: What Do You Think About My Boss' Parable? by youngRx(m): 9:16am On Dec 15, 2015
on a nore serios note i tink his boss hs a point...
let me put it dis way...in d past d money ws freely flowing into d country in bulk due to high oil price per barrel only dat "strong men" ar stealing it. still d little dt remained for d average citizen ws manageable.
now wit a 60% slash in oil price...d money is not even comming in again befor we blame d corrupt for stealing it. now both d thieves nd d average man cnt lay hnds on any money. of wat use then, is it to recover stolen money wen we know its gona do very little in improving d country's revenue??
i tink mr president shud use dis time to research into other sources of revenue such as agriculture n technology until d contry is economically stabilized. den he can continue hunting for d thieves.
besides d thieves ar not running anywhere...there s stil plenty of tym to catch dem.
of what use is a broke but curruption free Nigeria to anyone?
my microscopic point of view though

All just to be called 'Doctor '? You are tired of being called 'pharm '? What value will this application when granted add to our health delivery system ? If we didn't need PharmD in the past 100years , do you think we need it now ? Or is it just about copying America or a continuation of the supremacy war with the real medical doctors ?
oh oh...if a medical student or doctor posted this, then our health sector is doomed.

pls bro...kindly return your degree or admission letter to your VC and tell him you are not worthy to be a doctor.
then pls go get a life....
its ju st an advice pls kiss

iceberylin: are u kidding mehuh
did u even read the novel or some.Northerner, narrated it tew uhuh
did u even tak tym to read my post at all??
i mean all those brutal killing of igbos and d description of d sarduana wil only generate bad blood btw d east and north. do i sound like am takin sides wit d north?
TV/MoviesRe: Nigerian Censors Approve 'half Of A Yellow Sun' by youngRx(m): 9:48am On Jul 05, 2014
0merta: The explicit sex scenes and the sheer, wanton Violence, I think!

Also, the mockery of the late Sardauna of Sokoto, Sir Ahmadu Bello was uncalled for. According to the book, he was said to have hidden behind his wives on hearing the first shot from Chukwuma Nzeogwu's Rifle. On sighting Nzeogwu, the Sardauna was said to have defeacated in his Pants, begged for his Life and bleated like a Goat!

The Sardauna was the Cultural and Religious head of all Northern Muslims. What rational Person expects the Hausas not to avenge the Death of their Leader by the Killings metted out on Igbos?
u see wat am saying??....dat and even d brutal killings of d igbo was entirely uncalled for
TV/MoviesRe: Nigerian Censors Approve 'half Of A Yellow Sun' by youngRx(m): 9:01am On Jul 05, 2014
but seriously.....i dont tink releasing the movie is such a good idea fa. reading the violence in the novel alone made me hv an entirely different impression about the north....some sort of hatred so to say....den i stoped reading d book.
considering the fact that many nigerians dnt like reading novels i bet many dnt knw d content of d book. makin it into a movie wil giv many access to d content and u can guess d type of bad blood its gona cause between d easterners and northerners. its jst gona stir up bad memories which we hv tried so hard to forget. i tink dey shud kip d film on hold for somtym except if d film is not as violent as d book. i remenber a recent occurence in ABU were a particular novel was recomended for 100level english and comm skills. d book almost caused a riot becos it content brought bk bad memories of d wrong don to the north (or so i heard) d skul hs to witdraw d novel n recomend a new one for dem. pls nigerians are very sentimental piple; quick to react so lets not bring bk d bad memories pls. tnk u

bumfem: Area boys masquerading as doctors. Nigerians have suffered in the hands of these disgruntled elements. NMArelevance is being vanished . I can see u guys are struggling to keep afloat.
A responsible ''union "rejoice at industrial action as some of u guys.
Doctors went on strike in lagos and ekiti, nurses covered effectively well without much ado.
who say docs are indispensable. Not all docs senseless though.I commend those that love the job not only for money but see it as a calling .
Many actually went to med schl to escape poverty. This informed there disdained attitude to colleague in other health profession.

Modern health care is delivered multidisciplinarily. Guess what, no one is a superman .We are all very important .Guess why Canada/UK continue to top best countries to live in.

NMA is creating it own healthcare protocol possible only in poverty ridden Africa.
God bless u two times. half of the likes of dis poster in med skul actually went to escape chronic poverty......

nagoma: The "wannabe Doctors" are desperate . Pharmacists , Optometrists and even ambulance drivers want to be referred to as Docrors and they refuse to go through medical school. The confusion in Nigeria's healthcare continues as we copy blindly from America.

PTION.
sorry, that too is about to change....ok?
HealthRe: Nation Wide Strike By Resident Doctors From 1st October by youngRx(m): 2:15pm On Oct 23, 2013
whats all this fuse about history of healthcare and traditional roles sef?? so the traditional role of doctors is to prescribe, so what?? who is concerned with history these days?....
this is the 21st century for God's sake! roles and duties are changing, the whole world is changing to make things better. you doctors should beter get use to that and work on how you will adapt to the changes. cos once the pharmacists get their right to prescribe and nurses start minor surgeries, u guys wil be outta your jobs.
now get this straight, even if it has never been done anywhere in d world before, we wil start the revolution here in nigeria. then the whole world will folow. if you like dont listen to Dr young, stay here and argue all day about traditional roles. wait till a pharmacist or nurse become the minister of health in nigeria, then you wil understand better.

HealthRe: Nation Wide Strike By Resident Doctors From 1st October by youngRx(m): 6:31pm On Oct 21, 2013
Dr young: In a saner societies, doctors don't prove points, it is the citizens that comes to doctors aid when any issues is raised against doctors. The case is different in Nigeria where doctors have to state and argues back and forth the reason why we are ............? so ironical. We don't have to argue these, our work suppose to speak for us, my colleagues. Let's start from the beginning and make medical care in Nigeria the best. Is not about money, prestige, raised social status but when the primary goal is satisfied( I.e, patient) then you will feel fulfilled. Unless the patient is not the major reason you choose medicine, then you will continue to try and prove points on the internet.
Ever wonder why majority of other health workers respect specialist doctors more, because of the added years in their education. I am an advocate of continuing education, in the part of the world I am in now, some specialist nurses earn more than doctors and you can't compete with them with your 6 years of MBBS while they spend close to nine years to get theirs.
now here s a real doctor talking. well said sir
HealthRe: Nation Wide Strike By Resident Doctors From 1st October by youngRx(m): 9:54pm On Oct 20, 2013
@ dr Joshua2000.
pharmacy s boring? hahaha i wil sooner b a cleaner in d hospital than to b a doctor lyk u. your fellow doctors are busy conducting 18hrs surgery on co-joined twins and instead of aspiring to be lyk dem you are here fighting with other health workers. i tink doctors lyk u are a big disgrace to the noble profession of medicine and a big mistake to our health sector.
