@ op Will all Muslims/buddhists/JehovahWitnesses/Traditionalists/etc? Capital NO! Will all 'Christians' ? Capital NO!! Who then will go?? Only those who: Accept the message of Salvation, Believe that Christ died for our sins on the cross and was raised, and put their trust in Him, Confess their sinful state/nature, repent of known sins, and Jesus Christ as Lord and Personal Saviour. See Romans 6:23; 10:9,13, John 20:31, John 1:12, John 3:16; 5:24, 1John5:13... |
@elantracey God bless! By the way happy anniversary on nairaland to you today! ![]() |
sciyhf: It is written that one needs to be baptist by water and holy spirit, to enter the kingdom of God. The first baptism by water recorded in the bible was the baptism of John the baptist which is regarded as a baptism of repentance to the Jewish believers. The latter apostles practed a kind of baptism of Jesus Christ, which was for purification and rebirth into Jesus, by baptising in the name of the father, son and holyspirit.any form of water baptism other than immersion is pure fallacy, totally in opposition to what d bible says. You got it wrong, water baptism does not purify/ cleanse one's sins... It is only a symbolic depiction of being buried and raised with Christ as in the immersion. ...Only salvation/being born again does cleanses one's sins. Jesus was born without sin, he didn't need to be baptised, rather was baptised to set the example for others to follow... No where in the bible will you find baptism by sprinkling of water, or any baby/infant being baptised, it's deception/ignorance of man |

How to Tie The Eldredge Knot The Eldredge is an unorthodox, complex &eye-catching necktie knot that involves 15 separate steps. It was invented by Jeffrey Eldredge in 2007 and achieved internet fame in 2008. As opposed to the vast majority of tie knots, the Eldredge knot is produced by using the small end as the active end. When completed, the remaining small end is hidden behind the shirt collar. The knot is large (larger than the Windsor) and creates a tapered fishtail braid-like effect. Not for the feint of heart, this knot must be worn with caution. *KNOT SIZE 4/5 *SYMMETRY 2/5 *DIFFICULTY 5/5 *NERD FACTOR 5/5 The Eldredge Knot Tieing Instructions https://www.ties.com/img/how_to_tie_a_tie/instructions/how-to-tie-the-eldredge-knot-tying-instructions.png 1. Start with the wide end of the tie on the left and the small end on the right. The tip of the wide end should rest at the top of your belt buckle. Only move the active (small) end. 2. Small end over the wide end to the left. 3. Under the wide end and to the right. 4. Up to the center, towards neck loop. 5. Through the neck loop and to the left. 6. Across the front, to the right. Then up into the neck loop from underneath. 7. Down to the left and around the back of the wide end to the right. Keep this part loose. 8. Bring it across the front towards the left and through the loop made in the previous step. 9. Pull the small end towards the left to tighten. 10. Up to the center, towards neck loop. Down through the neck loop and to the left. 11. Up to the center, towards neck loop. Down through the neck loop and to the right. Keep this part loose. 12. Across the front towards the left and through the loop made in the previous step. 13. Pull the small end towards the left to tighten. 14. Tuck the rest of the small end behind neck loop on the left side. 15. Strut your stuff! SOURCE |

nickz: i had to increase the size of my glasses(to make it appear more likeFour eyes! hahaha. Hated that name too you know, but one simply gets used to those names after a while, esp in high school. Some friends even got fancy sunglasses because of how cool they thot I looked, they became discontent with their two eyes, wanted to have "four eyes" as well lol |
Hmmn... Interesting! This has always got me wondering too... Most students who use glasses are often regarded as the 'efikos', which turns out to be true, in most cases... #teamnerdy |
SuperSauce: yes now..that we use to hold hands when going to schoollol. Funny you ![]() |
