It wont be there cos you can only withdraw from PayPal only if you have a USA bank account or through a recognized VISA card. You can't withdraw with your MasterCard

About PayPal casting I don't think I the truth cos I have similar error and shared with ops. He asked me to verify with card that it will be okay which I did and it was. Will withdraw soon & update here.

You can receive fund or fund your paypal but you cannot withdraw from it to a bank account or to a linked card.

The only other feasible option is to try to create a Paypal account.
