Following public outcry and condemnation, they were arraigned in Court yesterday in two Magistrate Courts on a five count charge bordering on arson and illegal possession of dangerous weapons, and burning down 90 houses at Obinwanne Fulani Community Settlement in Umunneochi. When the charges were read to them, they pleaded not guilty

Of course, passing the test guarantees application review, but not progression to the next phase.

Everything from the online application to the assessment phase is automated, except probably the essay review part.

This means that "human intervention" (application review by the HR department) will start after all the assessments have been completed.

It is during this review that the HR people skim through online applications, CVs, and other supporting documents to determine if candidates who took the assessment actually satisfy all the eligibility criteria...since the system cannot tell if an applicant lies.

For example, it's possible that not all candidates who ticked "yes" during application submission actually hold degress in medical or business-related fields, and with a 2:1 as required.

Also, you'd observe that the test was administered by a third-party firm- IBM. Now it's possible that GSK will not embrace the general pass score for the assessment as recommended by IBM. Some organizations prefer to have the results first before setting a threshold for pass.

For example, after completing some computer-based assessments, portions of the message you get may show things as: "only about 50% of the group got a higher score than you..." That's another way of saying you performed averagely in the assessment, with about half the group scoring higher points.

So, determining the pass score to use in the final selection most often constitutes part of the promised application review.

Concisely, all candidates who pass the online assessment will DEFINITELY have their applications reviewed by real humans this time, and not the system, and progression to the next phase will most likely be determined by a candidate's score, measured against the set pass score and of course whether the candidate satisfies all the eligibility criteria for the program.

**NB: Please note that my opinion here is not authoritative, it's only based on what I know about CATs.

Someone told me earlier this upcoming election is like an ethnic struggle here in Nigeria. What i have read so far on this thread has confirmed that. Common? see people making comments, conclusions on this report...short and twisted, but did not even bother to notice that the topic of the report and its contents dont match. sentiments, hatred, bigotry everywhere. When will we stop this?

Let me give u guys small gist. Sometimes last year December, I was at marina to carry out an official assignment. I finished early so I had enough time left, then I walked past the UBN tower. All of a sudden I grew some balls to turn back and see what inside d building looks like n also ask the receptionists some questions.

Then I entered, the interior....not bad...so I walked up to one of the receptionist who looked nicer and asked if she could assist me with the official human resources phone line or number. She said she can't give me. I asked why?..told me I jus can't call the hr like that.

Well I wasn't satisfied, but there is nothing I can do, so I left. But as I turned, the other lady next to her was checking out a nairaland page, not sure of the section though. But I'm sure she must have seen this thread before. I think they know we are waiting, but no one knows the plan the bank has for us. Only a top executive I think may have answers for us.

I think they will call later this year, so we need to exercise more patience. But I personally won't be suprised if this particular recruitment exercise gets canceled later on.

100 questions in 2hrs and the question are in four phases Which are, Numerical reasoning, comprehension/passage, verbal reasoning but av forgotten the 4th one. Best of luck

Note if this has been your AC test and you are asked when will the AC probably be? With your knowledge that TS is about 9 weeks, I don't for seen you passing it.
