Fst is in May/June....hopefull a B2B draw will happen before then

Good people pls could shed more light on this comment. What does the B2B draw mean and what impact does the FST draw coming up in June mean for the future CRS draw. Also I read IELTS exams will be cancelled in China for the next few months. Are we to expect a drop in CRS ?

What you would do there is already stated in the mail. You would make a presentation before a panel and they'll also ask you questions concerning your personality, why you want to work in the bank, the location you would like to work and questions concerning anything else that picks their interest on your CV. Also try to have an idea about the banking industry as well as the bank itself. All in all, confidence is key. Don't be too serious, smile, laugh. The panel are quite friendly.

The test was ok. Basically English language. There were questions involving use of punctuation marks such as comma, colon, semi-colon, etc. Then, fill in the gap, meaning of words, spellings. There was also a section for essays. Two essays and one memo or official letter.

Get someone to inspect the vehicle before you pay. I service vehicles for a lot of cooperate clients, and when the maintenance costs are beginning to sky rocket, they let go of those cars. Also there are situations where they want to replace entire fleet and I recommend certain vehicles that should be retained and not sold.
