Yes, everyone gets drawn to you cos you look so cute, people are willing to give you anything you ask for just to have you where they want you to be.
Same time, you also have unwanted haters who want to ruin you cos they are jealous, your lover may always feel insecure, trust issues, fake friends, you could attract the wrong people - like have two 'bad people' fight over you, have a jealous husband send thugs after you cos he saw you with his wife, sleepless nights, etc.

Women who breastfeed for six months reduce their risk of dying from all cancers by 10 per cent, researchers say. They also cut their chances of death from heart attacks and strokes by 17 per cent.

And following all the main recommendations for a healthy life reduces the risk of dying from a range of diseases by a third, the study found. It looked at the contribution made to ill-health by poor lifestyles by examining how closely people complied with seven key recommendations to reduce cancer risk.

Researchers studied nearly 380,000 people in nine European countries over 12 years. They found that those who followed the advice from the World Cancer Research Fund/American Institute for Cancer Research (WCRF/AICR) most closely cut their chances of dying from several diseases by 34 per cent.

The recommendations are to maintain a healthy weight, be physically active, cut down on foods and drinks that help increase weight, eat more plant foods, reduce consumption of meat and alcoholic drinks, and – in the case of nursing mothers – breastfeed for at least six months.

Kim Kardashian took Atlanta by storm on Saturday night at the premiere of her movie, Tyler Perry's Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor.

But despite looking her best, the expectant reality star has revealed that she isn't finding her pregnancy as easy as she had hoped: 'Being pregnant is not as easy as my sister [Kourtney Kardashian] made it look or as my mom [Kris Jenner] has made it look,' the star told E! News.

'It's a little painful at times....I've gotten sick a couple of times and that puts you out especially when you travel. It's getting a little more difficult.' Kim also revealed that her pregnancy cravings are rather healthy: 'I'm craving carrots and ranch dressing,' she said. 'I used to love sweets, I used to love chocolate, can't even eat chocolate!'

Putting Olive oil on the dinner table could help you stay slim – because the smell makes us feel full. The discovery comes after scientists tracked volunteers who ate a 500g yoghurt every day for three months. Some had added olive oil, while others included rapeseed oil, lard or butter.

Those who had olive oil ate fewer calories overall, and none put on weight. Blood tests showed they had higher levels of serotonin, a so-called satiety hormone that makes us feel full. Scientists at Munich’s Technische Universitaet and the University of Vienna said this was due to an aroma compound not found in other fats and oils.

They were able to recreate the results by adding the aroma compounds – but not olive oil itself – to yoghurts. The aroma extracts from olive oil can leave us feeling fuller, cutting our calorie intake by almost 200 a day, they said.
German and Austrian scientists made the discovery after testing the appetite-suppressing properties of four different fats - olive oil, lard, butter and rapeseed oil.

The team at the Technical University of Munich and at the University of Vienna asked volunteers to eat half a kilo of yoghurt enriched with one of the four fats daily alongside their normal diet. After three months, it was discovered that adding olive oil had the biggest effect on satiety - the feeling of being full.

David Beckham has lost an appeal to sue an American magazine over false claims he slept with a prostitute, because they are protected by US freedom of speech laws. Bosnian Irma Nici had claimed she had sex with Beckham at Claridges Hotel in London but the 37-year-old star was able to show he was never at the hotel but at a hospital visiting his sick father Ted, who had suffered a heart attack. Beckham, who was playing for US football club LA Galaxy at the time denied ever meeting Nici and sued In Touch magazine, which now accepts the story was untrue, for $25million in an LA court.
