on Tuesday, I bought a new battery for my Tecno G9 (Phantom PAD II), it came up but not charging. i later went to meet the seller in exchange for another battery which he gave me and it worked with the phone but this particular battery is now discharging .

i will like to know where the problem comes from, maybe it is from the battery or from the PHONE (Tecno G9/Phantom PAD II)

i await your rightful and gracious response as soon as possible (ASAP).

On the 27th of October, I received an official mail from Palmchat about a partnership deal.
