Please I need some clarity on this- in the segment asking cost of my studies, room and board , is this for first year or total tuition? I know this has been asked before but can't seem to find it. Can someone please clarify this for me? Biko. |

LOL @Yuyukoko,
Your post is very funny. I have put my application together and at the verge of submitting but for some reason, I am very nervous most especially seeing the rate of rejections here and there so i can feel your pain. ![embarassed](https://www.nairaland.com/faces/embarassed.png)
Been also praying about my application even before submission .
I have learned that the race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong, only to who God show's mercy.
Put together your docs but most importantly back it up with plenty prayers.
I am gathering momentum to submit this week. ![cool](https://www.nairaland.com/faces/cool.png)
It will end in praise.

I'm actually confused. Considering I lived in UK for more than 6months, would I need to apply for a medical report/ police certificate from there to attach to my application? For a married person too, is spouse's birth certificate okay as hometie ? My siblings, they don't even trust themselves to be in Nigeria by next week if can.Using them as hometie may be a joke. Who cares about a joke if it will improve my application anyways

Meanwhile I haven't applied yet, still gutless. Teach me guys, what should I do. I just returned from England 3momths ago, is it a medical report from there I should apply or Nigeria's? Secondly, for a married person,do I need to submit my siblings and parents docx as tie or just my spouse's? Can't wait for July when my bank statement can show 4months and I then apply- give em hot hot! Oh Lord, not joking. Need to get my study permit approved! |

Please where is the attachment of what you saw? 3 or 4 months not much of a difference. I think 3 months is the minimum. Use your discretion. I know someone who submitted one year and scaled through. See what I saw.

One year! No way. Smiles. I actually like to think of 3months, I'll see how to attach the 4months screenshot I saw. |

This is the official financial requirement out of Lagos. 3 months of bank statement is the word on the street. On seeing this, I went to check cic.gc.ca but still seeing 4months bank statements, I'm confused now. |

Candybright: Is IELTS needed for post-graduate studies? Fashion design to be precise. Pls answer me ooo abeg It depends on the school you're going to. But most schools don't require it considering your latest level of education was taught in English. |

I'll advise you go for a post graduate diploma, considering age and how time flies... You really don't need to do a Bsc except you plan on changing your career path, this may lead to alot of explanation on your SOP. luvluvluv: Hello fam,
Pls pardon me if this question has been asked before.
In order to gain an oversea masters program, I have worked for close to 5yrs just to have enof funds.
Now am set to apply for MSc in Canada but realized I have 2.2 in mechanical engineering. Am considering going for BSc at age 31.
Pls what are my chances? I also read some whr about post graduate diploma. Is this a better option? Will my age no be a deterrence to my quest?
Pls kindly advise a brother.
