The "N" in NNPC should stand for Niger Republic as those ones have a brand new oil refinery built by the Nigerian govt for them.

That refinery is expected to supply refined products to northern states .

There is also ongoing work to build another refinery in Daura that will source crude from Niger Republic . So our NNPC is now building refineries for another country and another in Nigeria that will utilize foreign crude oil.
