[quote author=motic2 post=74122538]Continuation..... it Got to a time that our sexual life was very poor that i lost interest after several attempt .........then when i tried to gather my courage then we started facing another issue of hubby going flat within few minute we tried exercise changed our meal plan still the same. so when we went for another test but this time with culture that was how we found out he had staph which has affected the fluid so much and now motile was 10% non motile was 80% and sluggish 10% i was so frustrating like what is this again i went for my test a week later and i also tested positive to staph we started with rocephine injection and ciprofloxacin after one and half month we went for another repeat and it was still moderate growth after taking 5 injection each with tab this time around the doctor was surprised and he prescribed cozima325 that its very active for treating staph we took 1 pack each and 2month after staph was gone because i was the only one that went for another test again because hubby was not around ] cc motic2 Congratulations mamma motic2 May you carry to full term and the journey shall be an easy one for you and your household... Please were you still having the leakage till you got your BFP? Because I have leakage too but Doctor said there is no cause for alarm and I also goggled it, I read it's normal. After BD a little quantity will come out no matter how long it takes me to get up. My mums have asked me about the leakage/EDA too but I told them I don't have it because they won't understand if I tell them it's normal. DH has done analysis and culture, he is OK and there is no infection, my tests came out OK too except for fluid in POD and I was given drugs for it and I also took bitterleaf/scent leaf combo last month. This is our 13th month of TTC, Doctor just placed me on clomid. Please I will like to know if leakage is not normal. Please sabi Mammas help out too. Merry Christmas Mammas. This time next year we will celebrate with our bundle of joy |

cherishyy:Thanks a lot mama. God bless you |
Good afternoon mamas. Congratulations to the new mamas may you carry to full term and deliver safely. Please I need some opinions, I have been TTC for almost a year now (11 months), I have done HSG, tracked my follicle. Everything is fine. Hubby is OK too. I have never missed my period before and I have 28-30 day cycle. I supposed to have my period on the 19th of September but it didn't show up, waited few days and did home test it was negative. So we decided to wait few more days and do lab test. I did my lab test today and came out negative.... Though I have been looking out for symptoms and the only I got is cramps, lightheaded and food craving. I have also not been taking any drugs except Folic acid and I see no reason for missed period. So devastating. Please has anyone experienced this before. I have google for possible reasons, I just don't understand. |

Hello Mamas, good afternoon. Please where can I get Omega 369. I have checked Jumia and Medicine stores around I couldn't get. Please can I take it with pregnacare? None of these drugs was prescribed, I just want to take them on my own. I have not done any test or taken any drug towards the TTC journey (7 months) I am scheduled for HSG tomorrow though. Please Mamas advise and recommend where to get omega 369. Thank you so much |
GodMercy2015:I pray mine is painless o. I am super nervous. Thank you mama |
adamapple:You are right... Thank you mama. I appreciate it |
Good evening Mammas. Trust we are all still keeping the faith alive... I have been scheduled for HSG next week. I have read varying opinions about the level of pain one might experience. I am so nervous but I am hoping it would be a painless procedure for me. Please my question is, can one go alone? Can one drive/take public transport after the procedure on your own. I am asking because it falls on weekday and DH will go to work. So I want to know if he should stay back or I should be fine on my own. Thanks a lot |
Good afternoon mamas. A big congratulations to the 3 mamas who got their BFP, may you carry to terms by HIS GRACE. I was here last month to share story of being TTC for 5 months. I got so many responses and advises here. It was over the time where I could track the follicle and do hormonal test. But I listened to the advice of not staying away from BD for more than 3 -4 days and we didn't use the OPK since I didn't get positive for the 2 months I tried it. So Hubby and I tried the SMEP method, started from CD 8 to CD 28, we BDd every other day except for a day we were both tired and it was on CD 23 which I think the chance were low if there was any at all on that day. I expected my period 3 days ago but didn't show up, I have been so happy silently and have been writing my testimony write up on my head sharing WIDD. But AF showed up today few hours ago and I have been so sad. This makes it our 6th month of trying and 7th month of our marriage. Our doctor is not a gynea, please I need contacts of tested and trusted gynea around Isolo - Okota. Thank you so much mamaa as you help a sister |
MGeey:Thanks a lot sis. I just saw your comment. No I have not done any test. We are planning to visit our doctor soon, let's see what he will recommend. Thanks again ma'am |
RipVanWink:Thank you so much. Before the wedding I always have 28 day regular cycle but since the wedding stress 6 months ago, it has not been regular, it's fluctuating between 28,29,30 . Currently I am not tracking tvs/follicle tracking (please do you advise this?) Do I have to use any ovulation induced drugs to aid the tracking? |
Hello Doctor, Thank you for the help you have been rendering, God bless you. please I need your advice..... I got married 6 months ago and we have been trying to conceive for 5 months. I am 28 and hubby just clocked 33 last week. I have not been worried much I just felt it's too early for such but hubby is super worried and 2 months ago we consulted with a Doctor Who said we are quite young and advised us on how to watch out for ovulation day and the best time to meet but my hubby said he doesn't mind doing a semen analysis to clear that area. We were referred to a lab, we got the result and hubby is perfect. The doctor said we should get ovulation kit so we can track my most fertile day. I started last month but I didn't know I was not supposed to use early morning urine. The first 3 day I used early morning urine and it was negative I later read the leaflet again and googled and discovered that LH can't be discovered in early morning urine. So the fourth day I tried in the afternoon and there was a faint test line with thick control line and I read that this is still negative that both test and control line must have same colour and even the test can be deeper to indicate positive result. I exhausted all the 5 sticks and we got another ovulation kit and it was negative through out the use of 10 sticks. Meanwhile hubby and I didn't meet during this period we were waiting for the positive day so as to have quality sperm because the doc also advised he shouldn't ejaculate for like a week so as to have quality semen. By the time we finished the 10 sticks we knew we have missed the ovulation day. So we prepared for this month, I started taking the test 3 days earlier to the scheduled day as advised by the kit leaflet, so as not to miss it incase it comes earlier. By the third day I got a faint test line and continued. I tested for 8 days and it was that third day alone that I got the faint test line. And during this period we didn't meet, we were waiting for the positive day. We realized this and started meeting may be it might still work but my period showed up today. I am so worried now. We have made so much research above ovulation and still confused about how I can menstruate without ovulating. or is it that the level of LH in me is low? I have gone through the thread (In fact hubby introduced me to the thread) and I am so lost with the terms and several abbreviations. We are planning to go back to the doctor, He is a general doctor but I advised hubby to let us see a specialist (Fertility doc) but he feels it's early for that, that the general doc might be able to help too Please I am sorry for the long story, please what do you advise I am starting to get worried too. Thank you so much |
rvpbae:Thank you so much ma. I really appreciate your response. Yes I clearly understand |
