If you have freedom app on your phone don't uninstall it, go to freedom click your option button and press stop, that should allow your playstore work, note that if you have already uninstall your freedom you must install it back and follow the above option.

It's very possible, with the help of an amazing app called zipper, you can go to your app list through zipper and back up your apps downloaded from play store on anyways that is installed on your phone, and then go to your file manager locate a folder called backups; Note not backup, then open it, then locate user folder open, and you will find the raw apk file of all apps installed on your phone, which you can send or reinstall.
It doesn't need root access or anything.

try this.
move the opera mini from your SD card to phone memory or vice vasa.
note the app not the apk file.
go to play store search for your opera mini.
uninstall via play store.
exit play store.
go back to play store install it.
then browse a little clear cache I.e not data oh, but if it has no cache just uninstall it and install your handler opera mini, if it doesn't work then you have done your best.

you have to clear the data of your current opera mini then uninstall it before installing any new one.

do you use app killers?
if yes, try putting them in the ignore list of your app killers.
avoid logging out of these apps always leave them log in.
when clearing minimized list of apps, leave those ones, even if they reload...
do you use droidwall?
if yes, make sure these apps are not restricted from using your data connection.
also check your anti virus settings to see if you enabled them to restrict certain apps from accessing your certain privacy.
if you use any tool box like DX or ZD, make sure to allow those apps access to run.
if your phone is rooted check all your apps to see if any is exceeding their treshhood, you can watch them or monitor them with watch dog.

I just discovered one more uses of my m3.
I killed more mosquitoes with my m3 than any insecticide could, all I do is switch off the light in my mosquitoes infested room then brighten my phone's screen to its highest then wait for a second (those mosquitoes be like woman, dey no dey take eye see wetin dey shine) and as soon as they start perching on my phone's screen I begin to hit them with my pillow..... Ha tecno thank you oh, I no longer buy insecticide 30naira, but I doubt if this phone go last pass one week after I use this pillow take beat am like say the phone no dey support video call.

for those of you having verification problems...... you no suffer with Whatsapp plus reach me.... if not for my DADDY up there in Heaven and my friends on M3 Whatsapp group, I for done go gaga like say Lady Gaga na my new girlfriend.
to avoid verification problems you must follow this strictly.
backup your current whatsapp data.
uninstall your whatsapp.
go to playstore download whatsapp.
install whatsapp.
do all the processes.
start chatting with friends.
back up data of the whatsapp.
go to app on your settings.
Clear cache of your whatsapp .
note, cache not data ohhhhhhh.
uninstall whatsapp.
now install whatsapp plus.
make sure you have a good network oh.
you won't even notice any verification process and it will just go straight to other things.
now if you have droidwall on your device make sure to allow Whatsapp plus connection to Wi-Fi and 3g services before going to processing after installation.
if you have any app killer make sure whatsapp plus is not on the kill list.

I am not sure, but I think jelly bean eats too much ram hence apps begin to stop, any apps even google play stops..... when you notice this switch your phone off and on, if it does not help and you have task killers on your devices with rooted permission then make sure your music and it's working components are not in the kill list, otherwise it will be killed and constantly killing of it can cause the app to begin to fail and soon will no longer function well or not function at all.

Am suffering this too but with my stock gallery, some how its inside my phone but does not show in my app drawer, and when I try to install the back up file , it just says app not installed. its annoying and frustrating.
