The President took advantage of the loophole in that section of the constitution, Same way the Senate wanted to Use the loophole to pass electoral law....

. Removed,suspended or warned Buhari is not conferred with the power over the CJN.judiciary is an INDEPENDENT arm of government(a government unto itself) not subject to any form of control or oversight from legislative or executive arms.
