The executive must respect the autonomy of the judiciary. bahari has no grounds whatsoever to suspend the cjn he can only act on the recommendation of the njc in taking any action against the cjn, but he has jumped the gun and is moving faster than his shadow so its amounts to an exercise in absolute futility for buhari to uter suspension upon the cjn
