you WIll need to change it because your hard drive has failed the SMART (Self Monitoring and Reporting Technique) test, hence - error 301. Even though some hard disk continue to work for a long time after such a problem, I will advise you to :
Backup your data and get another(you can use the failed one as am external hard drive anyways, but don't rely on it). I've ignored it before only to suffer the consequence of losing my data.

pls i'm having issue with my Hp 2000 laptop. Whenever i turn it on after loading windows 7 to it, it shows Hard disk error 301 advising me to backup my files due to imminent failure. Pls what can i do to solve this problem? Does it mean my hard disk has damged? Can it be repaired or i will have to change it?

I have used all these means to contact u since last Friday but you have vehemently ignored all of my text messages, emails and calls, l have been using ur service for over a year now consistently without missing any of the shipping date and on each occasion l have not had packages whose shipping chargers is below 50k, you have ur record you can check them out, yet you put up this attitude. In November 23rd shipment, one of the laptops l bought around $200 plus arrived damaged, l didn't want to complain l just endured it , however l tried looking for a way to salvage my money so is not a complete lose. l purchased the same model of laptop sold for parts so l could use it to fix this damaged one, then you sent me an invoice of N13,200 to ship this damaged laptop because l had to use another eBay account to buy it since my eBay account was having issues. l sent you text messages and emails explaining things and requesting that you reduce the shipping fee, but you ignored all. Now if l say something, you will say l say a lot, if l had demanded for damages wouldn't you have paid for it? But l decided to bear the lose alone. One thing is certain, l have already decided that l will never pay such amount for that laptop parts instead l will leave it for you and even arrange and return the damaged laptop caused by you to your office so you can keep both and forget about them. This is just the limit to inhuman treatment. l am attaching the pictures of the laptop for everyone to see.

Having started with Mr. Chinox from the very first month he opened a thread here by way of a recommendation from the Car talk thread, I have only seen nothing but downward drop of service! I was thinking people who live and do business in America would have a better value of service, but I was proved wrong here.
The level of mediocrity has been soo alarming that it seems we are all helpless and need to beg to pay for a shipping service. No matter how cheap your services are, I cannot use it anymore. How can someone who collects my money before I even see my goods not respond to over 20 emails, calls or texts messages just to resolve an issue? Tufiaaakwa!!!!

I have already filed a case with USPS last week concerning these missing items. This is negligence on the part of USPS and not LSM. Packages were delivered on Saturday when my office was closed and on Sunday for amazon orders. No business is open 24/7. I have contacted the Local USPS office several times not to deliver to my office on non-working days. Per USPS rep/customer service, those packages shouldn’t have been left unattended especially on weekends if the delivery address is a business office.

This issue can’t be resolved overnight, USPS need s to first conclude their investigations. You as the buyer will need to file a claim to the seller or PayPal for package not received. USPS shipped some of those packages with insurance which means the sender can get compensation based on the $ amount they insured the package during USPS shipment.

We have had several issues with packages showing delivered to my office that we can’t find only to have them show up from another office from one of my neighbors. This is also negligence on the part of USPS and not that of LSM. If Seun or any moderator wants to contact USPS I will gladly provide them with my USPS Case #.

I really commend Etinosajay patience as regard this case. @chinosxyl, please i'll just advise you to improve your communication skill so as to prevent such case in future. Imagine your customer lamenting bitterly for the past 4-6 weeks and you snubbed him until he is ready to take it up with you. Even from your response above it really shows that you didnt take him serious; filing August and November case last week. Please treat your customer seriously or else they'll be forced to look for plan B.
Besides, i've been sending you mails as regard an item and you are yet to reply. Hope it won't be like this guy? I dont have money to refund my client ooo.
