I’m 20 and got married in January this year and will be going to the US for my bachelors degree on a full ride scholarship at one of the T10 schools. I already submitted my DS160 and ticked the married option when asked. Would my being married affect my visa interview in any way?

If you would like to request corrections to your I-901 SEVIS Fee receipt because you have noticed misspellings, would like to go to a different school, or would like to transfer your payment to a new SEVIS record, you must first e-mail a detailed request to FMJfee.sevis@ice.dhs.gov.

Because of the high volume of fee transfer and change requests, please e-mail your request a minimum of two weeks before your visa interview to ensure enough time to complete the changes. You can check the status of your request by logging into FMJfee.com to review the status of your correction and print your I-901 SEVIS Fee receipt. Within two weeks, if your requested changes are not complete, please contact the SEVP Response Center at 703-603-3400.

Please I discovered there is a little error in the confirmation receipt I got after paying my sevis fee, I discovered a letter was added to my surname ADEBAYOS INSTEAD OF ADEBAYO. please hope that won't affect me during my interview? Thanks

In filling the personal information section of the Ds-160, there's a space for your surname and given names. For given names, the right answer is to input both first and middle names.
