You could have given your opinion without sounding foolish. Even if everyone cannot be an enterprenuer, atleast one should be able to invest his or her hard earned salary or have a retirement plan. As one is getting aged, he or she would not have the strength to keep working to earn money. Ok what happens if you get fired or layed off from work? What will you fall back on? If you want to get rich from the salary you earn, you will keep on being used or probably get dumped or even keep working till you die. It hurts but that's the truth. However, i didn't say one should get rich quickly as you have insinuated. The road to the top is from the ground. One must begin from somewhere but that doesn't mean you should end there.

So how do you know that, of the percentage of investors, salary earners are not among? Be careful or you will end up sounding foolish yourself.

That is what many people don't understand. I don't even see the adjustment in rice by Dangote as a price war with anybody. Since crude prices have dropped by 4 dollars, it is only natural for the price of PMS to drop as well. Once crude prices and the exchange rate goes up, prices will be adjusted to suit the prevailing forces as well

we all know the owners of BUA and Larfarge. Now, there are market leaders in almost all consumer goods. Do you know that, Dangote once had and operated a nodules Factory? Do you also know that, that same factory was acquired by Indomie as Dangote could not survive in the segment of the market? Why don't we shout monopoly on indomie in the nodules market as they are head and shoulders above all? That someone is leading in a particular market doesn't mean we should unfairly accuse them of monopoly. How many licenses were granted to people to build refineries before Dangote and who among them built it? Is it Dangote that said the 3 refineries that owned by the government shouldn't work? To the best of my knowledge, people are free to apply for licences to invest in any segment of the economy and they will be granted. Dangote endured to build his refinery to finish and all of a sudden, we are shouting monopoly. Does he stop any other person from building theirs? Even now, they say BUA is building his. They even say the government refineries are working now. The market is also a free one where importation too is not banned, people are free to buy fuel anywhere. So where is the monopoly by Dangote?
