Provided the aithorized signatory as at the time U legalized is still relevant, if not U will have to legalized the documents again. The change of Directors and signatories in those ministries happen in an unpredictable pattern.

Even when I ported my line, the message refused to port, it persists. am actually feedup, please what can I do to fix this shii ?

My HP laptop is almost dying (slow, hanging, virus laden and all sorts). and so I decided to do the following:
1. Want to Reinstall Window7 on it via USB drive or Hard drive (for there is no CD drive on the laptop).
2. Want to increase the RAM, its 1.5g.
3. Want to install a good antivirus for the safety of the system.
4. Want to defragment the system ....if need be.
5. And the system shows blue screen too, don't even know what that means and how to solve it.

Please guys, this is where I need help, I really don't know how to go about all these, I need step by step tutorials on how to fix it please.... thanks in anticipation.
