The fact that she marries the guy means she has the sense to know what's right for her marriage. If he handles her well, she'll behave, education or not.

It's nice that you have camera and rigging sense in ur cartoon, but u need to work on synchronising lip movements at least to look like they are saying what they are saying. And your walks (or runs) need work. Makes ur characters look like they are floating instead of walking. Frankly, I think you are a long way off from perfection, but what I like about your work is your confidence. With a little humility to further learn and practice, you will easily become a guru.

Nice one.

Politics / Re: Google Page Display For Naija Independence Day... by zizazizu: 7:33am On Oct 01, 2014
Narrow minded peeps on this thread are saying its tribalistic. So, what should the other tribes that are not on that page do? Or you guys would have preferred if its a guy in green white green suit? Or, you would be happier if it is an imam with a pastor posing for a pix with a native doctor? My take is, they joined us in celebrating our nation's independence, irrespective of our individual consideration of what the nation's state right now. And you guys should also know google.com.ng is managed from here in Nigeria with Nigerians managing 97% of the operations.

Just enjoy it and stop slamming everything you see.

I wish they had used pictures of PEJ and GEJ celebrating after PDP unilaterally chose him as their Presidential Candidate sha. grin grin grin

Sports / Re: Why Are There No Black Coaches In The Premier League? by zizazizu: 12:58am On Sep 30, 2014
The Premier League is a profit venture. Anybody that eventually makes it there as a coach has to really be worth his onions. Apart from entertaining the fans and the tv cameras, that guy has to be skilled in building a team that brings maximum returns. We are still learning in that regards.
Nairaland / General / Re: Taxi Driver Who Received A National Honours Award For Honesty And Integrity by zizazizu: 12:54am On Sep 30, 2014
That TAXI man was cut from the original material that made Nigeria. Sincerely. If it was from this hybrid materials we have now, we would have heard of a $120,000 that was missing and never found. And that Steward, living in Karu and working in the Presidential Villa? Ha! That guy's award was long overdue! That demonic go slow from that place to work everyday will give anybody like that nightmares. Nice one el-Jona!

Romance / Re: I Dont Know If I Should Demand For My Painting. by zizazizu: 1:41pm On Sep 28, 2014
Paulv: I'm a drawer 'nobi mouth my drawing make sense' i showed her some of my painting when she finish she selected the best of the best of it....but now the gl behaviour don change oo. I av never given one of these drawingout.

I understand your dilemma bro. You would not be a good artist if you do not love what you create and the thought of something you really love in the hands of someone you don't love that much won't let you sleep well. Should you just ask for it back? Should you let it go? But that painting...And now, u r stuck with a crisis of the mind.

As an artist, you don't only keep your works because you love them, they form part of your portfolio and to leave a great creation out there can eat deep into your soul.

Like I said, I get it. And like I am going to say, forget it.

Just let it go.

It might hurt, but, you don't just exist as an artist, you are a human being and when human beings are no longer in a relationship, they don't go back and ask for things they have given as gifts. It'll mark you as immature and soil your reputation. Be the bigger man and think forward.

Selah.

Family / Re: I Need Advice (help) by zizazizu: 9:04am On Sep 28, 2014
Guy. This is some serious ish. When someone can pierce through your surface to touch you where you cannot pretend, it means

A. You are very human
B. The person is important to you
C. The person's opinion is important to you
D. The subject matter is important to you

I make these observations wt regards ur babe. Op, we are a sum total of our pasts and rarely do we experience radical change in our mentality or psyche without our input. Yes, as everybody is saying, u need to change. I feel also, that having appreciated your past and the significant role it plays in ur day-to-day decisions, this is the perfect time to change: a moment of sincere introspection like this.

I had a similar experience with a lady recently. I hadn't been in a serious relationship for a while so I was very rusty in my approach. The woman pulled a stunt that was meant as a surprise that didn't go down well with me and even after addressing the issue, I couldn't get past it. Sadly, we ended the relationship. When I went took stock of the whole thing with a very close relative, I realised I acted very childishly as my relationship b4 then had influenced the new one.

What I am saying briefly is, u need to talk to someone whom you trust, whose opinion u highly regard and who is brutally honest. Coming to this forum is a step forward but I think u need to open your mouth to someone's ear.

In ur 30s, u ought to be a father by now of at least two kids. Don't let ur past influence another new generation that you will raise. One love bro.

The only place PDA is cool to me is Nairaland. There is censorship here and retweets and the like is non-existent. Elsewhere, mehn, no. Except if we are getting married that week. Too many haters out there. Too many who want to be in the middle of your business.

Western Media are built for Western Propaganda, not African Propaganda. As long as news emanating from the "Dark Continent" is not dark and disturbing, it isn't news. Of all that was reported in the last two weeks of unbelievable military victories in the Boko Haram war, only that of the mistaken release of our girls was on the news and then, it was because we failed.

Politics / Re: Fed Govt To Rehabilitate Surrendered Boko Haram Members by zizazizu: 7:13am On Sep 26, 2014
So, we pardon these blood thirsty demonic terrorists while the soldiers that fought them on our behalf are being sentenced to death? I tire for GEJ thinking sometimes sha.

I know we are supposed to be human and all that but I mean, come on! Rehabilitate those animals? Is Federal Government now telling us we can do evil and then surrender for them to take care of us? Why do Nigeria always have to be freaking different? When will we learn? After "re-radicalising" these monsters, we now let them back to the streets from whence they came to terrorize us! No! My honest, simple submission? Kill them all! Everyone of them.
