It's very normal here in the North especially the Core North where foreigners from Mali, Chad, Niger, Senegal, CAR, Guinea, Gambia and many places where Fulanis are found to stroll down to Nigeria without any ID and get treated as first class citizens because they are Muslims.
All core North votes are mostly from these countries citizens coming to help their blood brothers and cousins to win. They are one and same people. They see Nigeria as a conquered territories and property of their fathers Usman DanFodio.
