Seun Osewa is filled with bigotry, resentment and hate towards the Igbo’s. No wonder nairaland cannot grow to its full potentials even after all these years, because Seun you can never measure up. The hate in you won’t let you move beyond this.
Travel / Re: I Want To Change My Surname, Will It Affect Me In Any Way (travel Wise) by zonax(m): 5:32pm On Aug 05, 2020

Real quick!
I have a uncle in the UK who is a citizen and he assured me that if I can change my surname to his, he will fly me over to the UK.

I'm a 300L student studying economics here in Nigeria, and my name is ... ( This is the name I have in all my documents) and the surname my uncle want me to change to is 'Richard' so after changing my name it will look like this "Dayo Richard".

I want to apply for a change of name (to address the surname)

After doing the change of name I want to also apply for my National Identification Registration with (NIMC) which definitely I will have to do a new Birth Certificate with my new name.

Now my problem is this :
Will the change of surname affect my travelling documents if I want to apply for a visa, since the surname I have on my academic documents is different from my new surname?

What do you think I can do to balance everything?

Thanks

It’s not as simple as you think. Bro if u are up to 18 please don’t change that name because it won’t work. Please.
Once you are above the age of 18 and not physically challenged (to the point where you need assistance to eat and do daily activities), no one can include you as a dependent in immigration or tax filings.
Ask a good immigration attorney before you make this mistake and just know that,
First this is listed as an immigration scam. One that can earn you a life ban from the U.K.
Secondly, it’s not as easy as you think and you have to change all of your documents to reflect the new name before they can now be accepted.

If your uncle wants to help you, let him go ahead and do that without putting you in such damming situation.

Is HIV a thermophilic virus ?
Kindly read about the temperature range for the HIV Virus. During the High temperature Short time heating process barbers employ in heating their clippers, it only immobilizes the protein structures of the HIV Virus but doesn’t kill it. And with every virus being virulent and able to survive only in the body of a host, the immobilized virus still has 70% chances of survival of it gets into the body of a host ( human in this case) within a given period of time after it has been immobilized by heating.

read your own post again. Now read it to yourself slowly

Don't learn the hard way bro. Go and buy your own clipper
You are so correct. Thermophilic viruses can survive very high temperatures above 120*C. Barbers can only heat between 80-97*C. These viruses can still survive and maintain their virulence.

rate of infection from clipper is extremely non existent provided your barber sterilizes the teeth of the clipper with fire. no virus in this world can survive exposure to fire.

but it's still good getting a clipper tho.

You are WRONG there. They are Thermophilic viruses that can withstand high temperatures. These microorganism can sometimes withstand temperatures of up to 120*C. Your barber can’t heat his clipper to such high temperature

They granted Atiku a temporary entry into the USA.

Stop hyping the equally corrupt minds.
It’s not a hype, Atiku their must be some hidden clause in Atiku’s visa agreements that you and I don’t know about but I can tell you that US respects it’s constitution more than it would respect any individual be it her president

Government House and airport is not a priority in the poverty capital of the world. Why can't you low I.Q people get this?
The Government House is only accessible to politicians and the airport is not economically viable and a waste of scarce resources.
How do these two project benefit the common man, except Governor and his cronies who handle the projects?

I’ll be in Nigeria in two months time. Can we meet up and have an Intellect based discussion?

Am baffled by your words son. I only made a comment and there you go hiding behind your screen to call someone you won’t dare talk a low IQ.
The airport won’t run itself, Indigenes would be employed to oversee operations there.
People would be employed to Man, maintain and service the government house. Since your bad belle can never appreciate anything good and still go on to defend your idiocy by calling someone you don’t know a low IQ, you will never live to build a house or see any meaningful development in your entire life (except of course you retrieve your word).
