Congratulations any way. Don't be afraid that you have lost all your files.. You can still revert it. This is the step. Once done it will no longer appear there (whatsapp images) what you do is wen u get to Ur media, open it then click on the option button in your device you will see show hidden file, now click on show hidden file and your (.whatsapp image) will now be visible for you to revert by removing the dot(.)

Its no longer news that whatsapp been the number 1 in social media lane, as a mobile massager is still in the fore front hold its leads among other mobile messengers.

The whatsapp application comes with a lot of features which include the ability to share files among users.

You might have some personal photo or video sent or received through whatsapp by any of your whatsapp member, maybe you probably don’t want to delete it or even allowing people to come to your phone gallery to see your stuffs.

My first question is can you keep your phone off your love ones? I don’t think you can. There are love ones, friends you can’t say no when they of your phone.

My second question is what can be done to hide your secret images and videos from such intimate friends or love ones?

Today I will be showing you non how you will be able to keep all your secret files off your phone gallery so that whoever comes into your phone won’t see those files.



For Android users:

First thing first some phones come with a file manager application so if you already have it, you don’t need this first step but if you don’t have file manager in your android device you can download any one from playstore but I personally recommend File Manager.

Lunch the file manager in your android device.
Click on SD card. Now scroll down to where you will see whatsapp, click on it.
Click on the media.
At this point we are @ our final destination. You will see whatsapp images hold it to highlight
Tap on the 3 bar option at the bottom right of your android device. Click on rename and just put (.) dot in front of the folder name.

Note: You will see a pop-up notification at the bottom. Click done and you will be ask to confirm just click ok.

Congratulations you have successfully blanked off your whatsapp images and videos from phone gallery.
Now, go back to your gallery, you will notice that the folder that contain all whatsapp images and videos aren’t showing any more.
