I just silently speak to God to please enlarge my coast and change my standard of living. That is not a good reason to run from one church to another because I want to compete with my friends

I have seen friends who have switched churches just because they heard that, there are so many rich men in a particular church. However, off they go just to come in contact with important personnel in the church

I have tried some pretty rad things with my blog. I moved away from my blog to our blog, and I sought ways to incorporate this into my message. Then I added some things and cut out others while figuring out who I am and what I stand for.

While it took me forever to figure out the purpose for my blogging, I had a solid cheerleader from day one who followed me through every tunnel of discovery.

This is not the case for everyone. There is someone reading this who has seen the light but is afraid because of the lack of support he or she currently experiences. There is someone reading this who is simply discouraged. Because the world…your world doesn’t have any cheerleader.

I am not saying I have never experienced the isolation that dreamers like you experience; I have. Pretty intense stuff. But I have learned what to do when no one believes in my purpose.

What to do when no one believes in your dream/purpose;

1. Shut your inner critic up

There is an inner version of yourself that loves questioning your abilities and will stop at nothing to make you believe a false profile. There is an inner you that questions whether you deserve the accolades, even when you’ve busted your sweat to get to where you are.

2. Shut it up.

This is NOT the time to determine whether you deserve to be in first class or economy class. All that matters is that you are on board, and that you firmly secured a seat with the movers and shakers of your industry.

3. Identify places/people that need your expertise

When no one believes in your purpose, it could be because they are waiting for proof that you are the real deal. If you are into business, coaching, or consulting, you are probably more familiar with the term “testimonials”. It is when people leave good/bad reviews about you and your service.

To accelerate your flight into influence and credibility, don’t just ride on passion. Don’t just jam to passion music. Seek out a real flaw and offer simple solutions.

Identify a crack in a system and implement a better strategy. Don’t just sit and hope for others to validate your calling. You need to LIVE your calling by helping others.

4. Ask them why

The biggest mistake most young professionals make is assuming all sorts of things just because things don’t go their way. Just like you don’t jump to conclusions about your spouse’s actions, don’t think people are automatically dismissive of what you do.

You might have a history of not showing up when it mattered. You might have been involved in activities that smudged your identity. These images stay with people for a long time, and although they might not be hostile with you, they won’t take you professionally either.

Ask them why they aren’t supportive and the feedback might be just what you need to launch yourself into space.

5. Cut out the losers

Have you done all the above and you are still not getting support? Then assess your environment.

You might be planting your seeds on dead soil. Some people are like that. No matter how much time you invest in them, they won’t yield any fruit. In fact, they drain you of your resources so much that you’re left gasping for air.

At the end of the day it’s not about the cheers you receive from people. It’s your conviction about your purpose and what your message is. No one can tell your story like you can. So make it an effort to believe in yourself no matter what message your circumstances preach to you.

A psychopath is one who abuses you emotionally, physically and sexually.

He makes you believe everything is your fault. Emotional psychopaths aren’t always outright mean; most of the time they’re very charming and compassionate. One minute you’re fighting, the next he’s sweetly telling you, “Baby, look. I don’t want to fight with you. I know you couldn’t help ruining our evening and that it’s hard for you to stop being so emotional all the time.”

See what he did there? Instead of focusing on the actual problem at hand, he made you feel as though the fight was somehow your fault. That’s because emotional psychopaths have no accountability and nothing is ever their fault.

2. He gaslights you. Gaslighting is when an abuser changes, twists, and makes up information with the intention of causing someone to doubt their own memory, perception and sanity. It’s also a popular tactic of of emotional psychopaths.

I’ll never forget when I found out my husband was cheating on me because he accidentally left his email inbox open. When I confronted him, instead of apologizing he exploded and began yelling at ME.

“You misread them, I can’t believe you don’t trust me, this is just like you to not trust me, I can’t believe I put up with this, you’re ruining our marriage,” and so on and so forth. After several days of unrelenting insistence he wasn’t cheat*ng, I actually found myself questioning whether I’d made this all up in my head. When an emotional psychopath knows they have no excuse, they make one up (all the while making you feel like you’re the delusional one.)

3. Everything’s your fault. This point looks similar to #1 but trust me when I say it’s different. In this case, we’re talking about an emotional psychopath’s tendency to blame others for all of their life problems. He’s doing poorly at work? Well, that’s your fault because you stress him out at home. In trouble with the law? Well, you made him so angry he got all heated up and caused a problem.

Unhappy in your marriage? It’s obviously because you’re such a horrible partner. In short: Everything bad that ever happens is because of you, you, you, and never them. They’re perfect; you’re defective, end of story.

4. He tears you down. Emotional psychopaths know they don’t have much going for them so they exert control over their victims in an effort to control the way they think. (Because if you could think for yourself, you might realize how much better you deserve.)

If they can pound into your head just how ugly/useless/pathetic/stupid you are, you’ll start to believe it yourself and cling more tightly to him because you (incorrectly) think it’s the best you can do.

And once you believe your self-worth is non-existent, emotional psycopaths can make you believe anything they want. And what they allow you to believe only serves one person: them.

5. He isolates you. He’ll discourage and prevent you from seeing your friends because GASP, they might actually have two wits about them and convince you to leave him. If he’s putting in good effort to “fix” you, he can’t tolerate your friends ruining his hard work, not with their “bad” advice and misguided ways.

He’ll also convince you they don’t really “understand” how much he loves you and will try to convince you that you don’t need friends because you have him.

According to the latest information provided by Sky sports, Arsenal agrees £10.9m fee with Chelsea for Petr Cech. The talks between Arsenal and Chelsea about the top goalkeeper have been progressing for a long time. The Guardian reports that personal terms have effectively been agreed between Cech and Arsenal with £100,000 a week salary.
The most important point was the fee. Chelsea wanted about £15m while Arsenal hoped to pay nearer £10m.

Cech says that he is grateful to Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich for allowing him to move to whatever club he chooses, even though that is now set to be London rivals Arsenal.

The Oyo State Police Command yesterday paraded a gang of highly fetish 419 syndicate which specialised in defrauding unsuspecting citizens of huge sums of money.

The police said they deceived their victims by claiming to cure their various ailments.

The breakthrough was made by the Command’s anti-Kidnapping Squad who discovered the gang’s shrines at Baale-Ayo, Asejire and Balogun village off Eleyele/Ido road as well as two poultry farms each of which costs 50 million naira while the cummulative value of their illegal services is over 800 million naira.

Oyo State Police Commissioner, Muhammed Katsina parading suspected fraudsters arrested yesterday in Ibadan. On display are their juju costumes which the Police discovered in the building that harbours their shrines.

The suspects include Sherifat Badamosi, a female, 48 years who played the role of the witch, Samsondeen Abiola a male, 42 years, a photographer whose role was to lure rich victims to their trap, Oriyomi Adebayo a male, 41 years, who played the role of a spy, Alhaji Akeem Azeez Olayode, a male, 37 years, leader of the gang and Ayankule Ayanlowo a male, 43 years who played the role of a fake herbalist.

According to Azeez Olayode, who admitted to be a ‘419’ said “I was a Fuji musician and my stage name is Santana, I was duped and those who duped me told me to become a fraudster in a bid to retrieve my money and that was how I started.

I started 6 years ago, I don’t know those people we dupe personally, I am usually linked up when their is any job, they call on me. They call me when they have customers so that we can work together.
I help them in blending leaves for concoction. When someone who has problem comes to the Babalawo for diabetes, stroke or other ailments, the man whom we work together has juju, he will cure the diabetes or any other ailment they bring, when the problem is cured, we ask the person to pay a certain amount.

The Babalawo is not genuine, he is a fake Babalawo. I can say I have duped like 10 people, the first person paid 30 million naira to cure diabetes, he paid in batches like 5,7,8 million. Their was one that had injury in the leg which was not healing up and he paid 15 million naira”.

The Imo State Polytechnic, Umuagwo in Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area, has expelled 389 students over alleged examination malpractice and admission racketeering. Speaking exclusively to our correspondent in Owerri yesterday, Madu said that some of the affected students engaged in examination malpractice, some did not enter the school through the right way while some others failed to abide by the institution’s rules and regulations.
