4. Asides football ,MMM is the best and highest unifying factor for Nigeria.

5. Since there is no “central account” the only force out there is “Panic”.Eg. Man dies when MMM froze is a panic induced statement.

6. Mavrodi’s programming skills created the dispatcher that matches millions of people. Guiders don’t match people.

7. While in Jail…he kept on thinking outside the box. And thought of the “peer to peer” system.

8. Do you know that last year…
-New businesses were born.
-People were made financial free.
-MMM members were living above recession.
-People met their heart throbs in MMM. For examples.

9. You are not getting money from thing air. You must have given something to get something.

On preparation for its expected return on January 14, the Ponzi scheme Mavordi Mondial Movement (MMM) promoters have issued instructions to its particiP@nts whose accounts were frozen, to perform “Promo Tasks: A New Tool for MMM Community Development.”

The MMM message to subscribers said the tasks, which should be done both online and offline, will promote the scheme and drive “traffic and participation” by the time the restriction on the account is lifted.

“Being an MMM member implies not only opportunities, but also a responsibility for the state and development of the MMM Community”, the message said.

The information raises hopes of the almost three million Nigerians who invested in the scheme, following the ban on withdrawals on December 3, 2016.

On January 2, the scheme on its official Twitter handle, @MMMNigeriaHelp disclosed that particiP@nts’ accounts will be unfrozen on January 14.

Some of the particiP@nts have taken to social media to give reasons why the scheme should return.

ÌÌÌ was a Russian company that perpetrated one of the world’s largest Ponzi schemes of all time, in the 1990s. By different estimates from five to 40 million people lost up to $10 billion. The exact figures are not known even to the founders.

Imo State based Comedians will be going head to head with their Bloggers counterparts in the opening game of the first edition of the Imo Entertainers Fotball Competition which will be kicking off on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at the Imo City School Football field, Wetheral Road Owerri.

The football match which is part of the activities to unify entertainers in Imo State is powered by Hon. Iruno Chukwunonye, the SA on Entertainment to Governor Rochas Okorocha, will see guilds in Imo State Artistes League clashing in a football tournament of 12 teams of four groups.
Speaking at the draw which was held at the Nze Dan Orji Bongo Center on Monday, October 24, 2016, Hon. Iruno Chukwunonye who is also the chairman of Imo Based Artistes League urged Imo based entertainers to use the platform the tournament will be offering to get to know each other more and also ensure that the unity in the association does not die.

Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom has asked workers in the state not to despair as he believed God would soon provide a solution to the state’s inability to pay salaries. Governor Ortom stated this today in Makurdi when he received the award of ‘Defender of the Disadvantaged’ at the 2016 Annual Awards organised by the Catholic Star newspaper in collaboration with Catholic Media Professionals, Radio Benue, Harvest FM and NTA Makurdi. Governor said he understands the difficulties workers of the state are facing as a result of the delay in payment of salaries, promising that his adminstration will ensure that all outstanding wages are cleared as soon as funds are available. “I feel the pains of our workers and I want them to know that the current financial situation is not limited to Benue State. Many other states cannot pay salaries as we speak. But I am confident that God will soon provide a solution to the challenge”, he assured. Concerning his humanitarian said he was motivated to be involved when he met a young man many years ago who was bitten by a snake but had no money to seek medical attention. Governor Ortom said the society could only become a better place when those whom God has blessed assist the less privileged, assuring that he and his family will continue to do things that could make life worth living for fellow human beings. Speaking, Chairman of the occasion and former governorship candidate in the state, Professor Daniel Saror, congratulated Governor Ortom and other awardees on the honour done them and prayed God to enable the Governor handle the challenges confronting the state. One day after he made history by becoming the first Nigerian governor to join workers on strike, Ayodele Fayose, the number one citizen in Ekiti state, has explained his action. Blaming the situation on President Muhammadu Buhari, Fayose said he decided to join the workers when he realised that the current administration had “failed and would continue to fail” in revamping the nation’s economy. He said the Buhari-led government will not recover from the current economic crisis, saying God is angry with the president, but only decided to allow him win the election so that he would be exposed. According to Stephen Gbadamosi, spokesman of the speaker of Ekiti house of assembly, Fayose made the remarks at the Government House Chapel, Ado Ekiti, during a thanksgiving service to mark the first anniversary of the 5th assembly in Ekiti. “I am not a prophet of doom, but I must tell you the truth. It is this economic downturn that will pull down the Buhari-led government. Mark my word. The economy will improve, but it will be too late in the life of the Buhari-led government,” Gbadamosi quoted Fayose as saying. “God is angry with the Buhari-led government. Labour strike: Fayose writes NLC President, blames national economic crisis for non-payment of workers salary Ekiti State Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose has replied the President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Ayuba Wabba, attributing the State’s inability to pay workers salary regularly to the current downturn in the nation’s economy and the heavy loan burden left by his predecessor.
The governor, in his response to the NLC President’s letter on the ongoing workers strike in the State, called on the NLC to join the advocacy for fiscal restructuring in Nigeria with a view to reviewing the federation allocation formular in favour of States, towards a lasting solution to the palpable indigent status of most States. The letter read;

“I write to acknowledge your correspondence on the current strike action by workers in Ekiti State and I thank you for the expression of concern for the welfare of workers and suggestions on boosting internally generated revenue. I want to state clearly that the issues listed in the statement represent the claims of the leadership of Labour in Ekiti State upon which their rather hasty resort to industrial action was premised. Government does not agree with most of the issues, as stated by labour, and had since commenced dialogue with them. The discussions are ongoing and I hope that resolution(s) will be achieved soon.

“Let me put on record, the demonstrable commitment of my Government to governance principles of accountability, transparency and commitment to the welfare of workers. “It is an open secret that I paid workers on or before the 22nd of each month during my first tenure. “It is also known that the current economic downturn is a national issue and consequently the inability of most State Governments to meet wage obligations as at when due.

“Our case is further made more precarious in Ekiti State by the heavy burden of debt left by the immediate past APC government of Dr Kayode Fayemi, on which over N1bn is being deducted from the State allocation monthly. Ekiti State economy is not immuned from the national crunch which is the bottom line for the arrears of unpaid salaries and pensions in 28 of the 36 States in Nigeria.

“Based on this, and in addition to your suggestions on boosting internal revenue in States, your congress need to join the advocacy for fiscal restructuring in Nigeria i.e the review of the federation allocation formular in favour of States, towards a lasting solution to the palpable indigent status of most States.

“Please be assured that, it is the policy of my government to involve labour leaders and other critical holders in governance and particularly on decisions on financial matters. “We remain committed to the principles of accountability and transparency which the leadership of labour in Ekiti State actually need to embrace. They also need to come to terms with the realities of the prevailing economic situation in our country at the moment.

“Once again, I thank you for your interest in the welfare of workers in Ekiti State and I assure you that government will sustain the ongoing dialogue with the leadership of labour towards an expeditious ending of the current industrial action.”

You can not be LOUDLY threatening the Niger Delta avengers and QUIETLY negotiating with Fulani herdsmen and Bokoharam members. NO WAY BUHARI; it should be the other way round, and pretty soon the actions of these men will bring you to your knees on the negotiation table.

President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday failed on his promise to publish looters’ list on Democracy Day as he passed the responsibility to the Ministry of Information.

“So far, what has come out, what has been recovered in whatever currency from each ministry, department and individual, I intend on the 29th to speak on this because all Nigerians are getting from the mass media is the number of people arrested either by the EFCC, DSS. But we want to make a comprehensive report on May 29,” Buhari had said while attending an anti-corruption summit in London earlier in the month.

After explaining how difficult the recovery process has been, Buhari said: “Full details of the status and categories of the assets will now be published by the Ministry of Information and updated periodically. When forfeiture formalities are completed these monies will be credited to the treasury and be openly and transparently used in funding developmental projects and the public will be informed.”

Later on Sunday, the Minister of Information and Culture Lai Mohammed said during a television programme that he would disclose the recovered loot this week.

President Muhammadu Buari says Nigeria is committed to the well-being of its children, reminding them that they had rights to quality and affordable education, good health and other basic necessities of life.

The president said this in his message to children on the occasion of 2016 Children’s Day celebration.

“I seize the opportunity of this year’s celebration, which comes just two days before the first anniversary of the present administration, to reassure our children and youth that we remain fully committed to fulfilling our promise of a better Nigeria for all of our people.

“On this happy occasion for our children, I reaffirm my belief that it is the right of every Nigerian child to have access to quality and affordable education, as well as healthcare and other basic necessities for a good life, in a peaceful and secure environment.

“The good health and well-being of Nigerian children remain top priorities on our agenda for national development and we have demonstrated our strong commitment in this regard with the allocation of N12.6 billion in the 2016 budget for vaccines and programmes to prevent childhood killer diseases, such as polio, measles and yellow fever.

“Other measures in the 2016 budget, such as the school feeding programme for children at a cost of N93.1 billion, will ensure that more children go to school and enjoy the fun of learning and growing together with their peers,” Buhari said.
