grin grin when the deputy governor of Rivers state decamped...he was called a political-feather weight by the APC who would not be missed.

See them rejoicing at the "news" of a deputy governor to their fold... grin grin grin

No, my sense of humor has not departed me but I fail to see the humor in your failed attempt to call the trash you wrote earlier a joke. Maybe people in your category that laughs at silly/humorless jokes may find it funny.

No am not a cyber bully evident in my little above 200 posts since joining the forum in 2013 but I can't say of yours with over 700 posts in just 8months despite being active in only one section. Politics.

No again I am not displaying my intelligence, it will naturally show itself but you on the other hand with your attempt to call that trash humorous has displayed where you belong on the intelligence scale.

Finally your responses can be used to dissect the kind of person behind your moniker like I just did. So in other to still remain discreet, please stick to your "non response" policy. At least with that, people will have no cause to think you're part of the 21million Nigerians. Cheers mate.

Now your intelligence have naturally manifested; run along!

Oh well,I am a woman too but I don't think Nigeria is ready for a female president. Let's start with electing female governors first, don't you think so?

Even you, Aunty? cry cry it's not fair o....

Women are not stepping up to the challenge but I think we can support those women who dare.... In the gubernatorial race, we have only 1 woman who won on the platform of the APC in Taraba state.

Most people are threatened by women in power...its a misconception that Nigeria is not ready for a female country. I think it's a psychological blackmail by the male folks to dampen our spirit grin

Whatever the case it's #votenotfight grin grin

So I heard. That is Jonathan's failure to maintain the stadium. Fashola must not allow them to use Teslim Balogun stadium.

@Zuria, are you a voting for the KOWA candidate?

Yes o...women deserve better than appointments. It's time for us to be voted in as we are mothers of the nation. If we all rally around our own, the men would begin to understand our power....

Prof. Shonaiya is no "pushover"...she's sound and morally upright to push the nation forward.

APC & PDP are not the only political party in the race and hence I think we should vote KOWA to upset all political Permutations & calculations cheesy grin grin

I am indeed very worried when Nigerians in the age of digital technology still display such level of ignorance and misguided militancy on basic facts. Instead of using your brains to discuss national issues we rely most on our emotions. Please find below a link for your information and state on record that; Delta also declared public holidays to receive Jonathan.

2015: Delta declares public holiday to welcome Pres. Jonathan ( http://www.channelstv.com/2015/02/04/jonathan-promises-more-support-to-delta-state-in-campaign-speech/ )

Several states including Enugu, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Ekiti,Ondo, Kaduna, Baylesa have all declared public holidays to receive Jonathan.

jomoh:

Are you kidding? Comparing people being paid by the government to the people who hustle to make ends meet just because of your biased politics is cheap and dangerous for our nation.
The government owns the workers and pays them so he has the right to give holidays as he wishes. FG does not own the marketers only the market. You can imagine the suffering a load carrier (alabaru) in the market would go tru for not working today. Will the FG feed that person.
You have to weight the merits and demerits before comparing.
Declaring a public holiday by state affects nobody negatively. The workers can relax and have an off day, the FG workers are not affected, the private sector is not affected everyone is happy. But closing markets workers (state & FG) can't buy things market men and women can't feed etc. Its a violation of their fundamental human rights.

I don't usually respond to every mentions but these men with wrapper around their waist showing their intelligence abi their cyber-bullying skills...cant help you if your sense of humor have departed you. grin grin tongue

they didn't take the decision. if they did, other markets would have closed too. Me think its because Trade Fair is owned by FG that's why it was closed down. My uncles didn't know the market will be closed not until this morning. They had gone to the market this morning only to come back with the news.

If the market is closed, how successful would the rally be?

I hope Alaba international market was not closed because of one useless campaign Jonathan is holding. I have business to do there today.
I dunno why a rally that is holding in surulere should affect business activities in Trade Fair in Ojo. angry

"I will provide constant electricity in Nigeria" is the oldest scam used by Nigerian politicians grin grin grin

Transformation / change, you will still buy fuel for your generator...every other essential service like health & water would still be provided by you. You would still bribe your LG council to fill the portholes on your street grin grin grin

Very correct my sister. I am doing that and I can assure you that I've successfully secured the votes of lots of people(in my own little way). However, I also wish to reach those with access to intenet, influence them positively and they become a medium to influence people in their own cycle.

Whatever bro...remember it's just an election, we don't need to die for any politician.

. Zuria my sister, thank you so much. Nobody can deny us Óur unalienable righÞ to support candidates we believe in, but as citizens, we have the duty to put forward and sell the best to the electorates. Remember that our collÉctive decision will positively or negatively affect all of us individually and as a people. We can't afford not to get things right
