A Naval officer was disgraced today by a woman who sells drinks to him for urinating on his body after drinking to stupor.

According to the woman, the Naval officer identified as Mohammed Mann always come to her beer parlour to drink himself to stupor and end up urinating on his body, making customers run away from her shop.

A Dentistry student of the University of Nigeria Enugu campus (unec) stabbed one Maranatha Okwor  a law student of the same institution twice this evening after watching Episode 3.


The stabbing ensued over a little argument about the series.

The victim had to block the knife with his hand which gave him a very deep cut.

Former President of Sudan and his entire government transported like cows to prison as citizens stoned them.

The deposed ex-Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir was moved to Khartoum’s grim high-security Kobar prison from the presidential residence, family sources said, as military rulers announced steps to crack down on corruption.

The ex president was treated like a cow as seen in video viral on social media while he's transported to the prison.

All the occupants of a tricycle have lost their lives after a train crushed it, this morning, in Iju Ishaga, Lagos.

The tricycle was said to be going from Ike aro to Abule Egba when the tragedy occurred. People allegedly told the driver to stop to allow the train pass, but he didn’t listen.

Nedum Onuoha has rejected Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s apology after a fiery MLS encounter between Real Salt Lake and LA Galaxy over the weekend.

The duo squared up in the 2nd half after the ex-United striker appeared to catch Onuoha with a stray elbow.

The two were involved in another flash point later in the game when Ibrahimovic aggressively celebrated in Onuoha’s face after scoring the winning goal.

However, he sought Onuoha out to say sorry after the final whistle, but the latter was having none of it.

“He came in to apologise after the game because from 60 minutes in he’s saying he’s going to do me, he’s going to hurt me for that game,” Onuoha said after the match.

“This is a guy who is the face of MLS, as he calls himself, but this is the way that he plays on the field? So I don’t care. If someone comes in and says that to me, I don’t care. I’m not going to accept his apology. It’s unacceptable.”

Some residents of Sangotedo in Ajah locked up the NEPA office at Sangotedo this morning due to lack of power supply in the area.

The people living in the area complained that NEPA hasn't been giving them light, which is why they had to lock up their office.

Two suspected cult members were killed as viral members of the secret cults attacked themselves at Imalete Alafia and Igbojiya communities in Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area of Lagos state on Sunday April 22nd. This attack comes barely a week after three suspected cultists were beheaded after their members clashed in Lagos.

According to reports, one of the suspected cultists identified as Focus, was killed and mutilated by the group about 10a.m. yesterday at Igbojiya community.

Focus, who is said to be a member of Eye confraternity, sat at a joint where a security man guarding one of the houses, sold cooked noodles, bread and egg. He was seated with the man waiting for his egg and bread when the cult members circled him and shot him.

However, the gunshots had no effect on him, so the cult boys attacked him with machetes and axes as he tried to escape. He became weak, having received severe cuts on his skull, neck and several parts of the body. He died near a popular spot in the community.

The cult members also killed another person in the neighbouring Imalete Alafia town. Prior to the latest cult killings, one person was butchered in like manner on Saturday at Imalete Alafia.

Police saved a suspected serial car thief from an irate mob at Nyanya market, the outskirt of Abuja on Saturday.

It was gathered that the suspect is notorious for stealing people's car around Nyanya area. He was finally caught on Saturday and beaten to pulp.

But for the intervention of some police officers, he would have been beaten to death.

A security official drove into a procession of Christian youth, celebrating Easter, killing at least eight people on Sunday night. The survivors among the youth then chased the security official and his passenger, caught up with them and lynched them.

The incident happened in Alheri junction, Biu road of Gombe State. The driver of the vehicle is said to be an official of the civil defence (NSCDC) while his passenger is said to be a police officer. Both men died from the beating.

Chairman of the Gombe State Battalion Brigade of the Boys Brigade, Isaac Kwadang, told reporters that he received information about the incident around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday. According to him, the civil defence officer, though not on official duty, met the procession, exchanged words with the youth, and drove past them. He allegedly switched off his car’s full lights, reversed the vehicle and rammed into the procession killing eight people on the spot.

Many of the victims are members of the boys brigade. Kwadang said the youth chased the security officers, caught up with them and mobbed them to death. He said the youth are still being prevailed on not to continue with any violent reaction.

The Chief Medical Director of the Gombe State Specialist Hospital, Shuaibu Muazu, confirmed that some dead bodies from the incident have been deposited in the hospital while the Sector Commander of Federal Road Safety Corps, Godwin Omuko, confirmed the incident to journalists. He said his men were among those that brought the dead bodies to the hospital.
