Boss, I flowed with press statement until I reached the point where the Hilux security escorting Tagbo's vehicle was mentioned.

There are two probable answers,

1. That the security team who are supposed to follow him around & secure him stayed back in shisha.

2. That while he was in Oniru or DNA, someone called his security details without him knowing about it & request that the team head down to shisha and escort them to the hospital.

I am of the opinion that the CCTV proves his inocence however, explanation must be made as to how the security was not with him when left shisha or how they have to escort Tagbo's vehicle to the hospital without Davido's knowledge.

They just ditched the security escorts and the other two friends.

This is a quite a revealing statement. This statement confirms that Tagbo was transported dead and also davido security details and two others were involved without davido's consent.
The security details and the two other guys should be held responsible,why did they abandoned the remains of tagbo,apparently they were with him when he gave up...
They are the only people that can vindicate davido,the CCTV footage only shows us the direction to which questions should be.

The only thing you guys can do is to keep appealing to them,look fr people to help you talk to them and also pray the good lord touch their hearts.

Asides these,since there is no document to back up the transaction,and the main person is no more,they can deny it if you guys blows it hot.

Nothing is logical here...The police arrested the person that presented the stolen card which is dammy krane.

If the promoter is the one who presented the card,then the police would have gone for him instead of the passenger.

It's like when u pay your travel agent for a ticket and the agency in turn paid the airline with a stolen card. The airline will only arrest the agent who contracted them with stolen card.The worst they can do it to cancel the ticket/booking as the case may be but they will never arrest the passenger,they can only interrogate you.
