Position: ASSISTANT HR PERSONNEL
Department: Human Resources
Report Line: Report to HR Manager
Job Details:
• Drive recruitment and selection for all categories of employees
• Maintain Organogram
• Generate recruitment reports and co-ordinate preparation of HR monthly reports as required
• Conduct reference checks and credential verification for employees as at and when due
• Conduct regular training schedule for new and old staff
• Review HR policies, procedures and process flows
• Conduct performance appraisal
• Ability to use various HR Software

The person:
• Organised and results-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• A team player that works well under pressure
