I need a job as a contract staff in any oil and gas company.does the recruitment for contract follow the same pattern as that of full or permanent staff?i read mechanical engineerin(HND Distinction,PGD 4.2/5.0) at kadpoly and futminna respectively.all i need is the experience since nobody wants to employ without experience(unless you are connected).anyone with useful info shuld pls drop a hint.tanx.
