No contest, man! 7 is defo better. 'cause many programs are not backwards-compatible with XP. And XP will stop getting MS support in 2016. But if you're looking to buy a PC, I'd advice you to wait till october (if it's not an urgent need, that is) and get one that ships Windows 8. |

Well both operating systems are great, but I use windows 7 and I prefer windows 7 for the facilities it has compared with XP, it updates faster and makes an own back up image for itself. |
