@Post

Its obvious our policy makers have nothing better to do with their time at work and their priorities are all messed up. First of all, how do they plan to implement this policy should it be made law? Secondly, what happens to women who cannot breast feed their babies such as HIV/AIDs infected mothers, sick mothers who are put on compulsory medication that contaminates their breast milk, and mothers who gave birth to babies who bite their mother's nipples with their gums while lactating?

Sorry mate but NO, you can't reap where you didn't sow.
Sir Richyvkunt has been on this case from the grassroot level so he's automatically "selected and anointed" for this job.
He's got WHO and UNICEF back, no rival. Lol

Wonderful! Some men in position of authority can be amusing.
This is because they do not know how to be meaningfully occupied.

We do not need a legislation to make a woman breastfeed her baby; it is an innate desire.
The minister might as well introduce a legislation to force women
to use disposable instead of reusable baby napkins.

I tire-ooo>
