I recharged my account this morning wit 200naira airtime. I expected 15MB as usual, but received 10MB instead.
Till now, call to customer care has not been through.
Has it been finally reduced? Has anybody experienced the same?

I recharge 200 etisalat yestarday and got 15mb instantly. So i don't know what ur talking about. Its only zain that is 10mb as of now.

Only think it is likely for easycliq plan to adjust the benefit(s) since easystarter has done the same by giving 5mb on recharge of 100naira

I made a call through to call centre. The customer care agent admitted it could be an error from the network and not that easycliq 15MB has been reduced.
He promised to compensate within 24hrs after looking to the issue.
Still wondering if this happened to me only. . .
