Mehn!... Those Kelechi Amadi Obi's watercolors are AWESOME! Lord knows I've tried to replicate his dexterity with watercolor to no avail! I've searched high and low but I haven't seen anyone who's as technically proficient @ watercolors in the whole Naija! Amadi Obi.. Thumbs up for u joor! 2 Likes |

masterpiecer: I had a pik of a jamaican slave about to be molested by her slave master. If was based on the painters great-grandmother who was not a slave but rather a house girl who ended up having children for her white employer (who was already married with kids to his white wife). The painter felt as though,her great-grandparents were repeating history...beautiful artwork it was but disturbing at the same time so i took it down. |
