My 5+ boy is growing another row of set of teeth behind the previous ones he had. Though I know they are still milk teeth. will such be repeated if he starts growing the normal teeth. Do we ignore the fear or visit a dental center if there's anything that could be done.

visit a dentist asap it needs urgent attention cos it can cause scattered teeth in adult life

No need to worry so much..!! Just stay calm and visit the dentist. He/she can understand this problem better.
