The Association of Rural Surgical Practitioners of Nigeria (ARSPON), a not-for-profit organization is storming The Hosanna Hospital, Festac Town, Lagos on Sept 20-23, 2012 to offer FREE SURGICAL OPERATIONS in General Surgery.
