pls guys i need an anwser i am a DLI graduate unilag. am i qualified to apply because we dont serve in d.l.i unilag nysc only give us exemption certificate cos the criteria says summit with nysc discharge certificate. can i apply? and does it mean i can neva get employed in a ministry. abeg i need answer
