hi guys, pls i want to know and get all information on this Canadian visa i'm processing, its taking too long than expected.
I applied thru an agent here in nigeria, i believe the agent cuz he gave me a tracking number that i checked thru the Canadian visa tracking site:

but its taking too long, its now almost two months. please i really need to know if anyone has gone thru
this particular process before, and if it took this long, & wat could be causing d delay. thanks 4 ur reply guyz.

You did not tell us the kind of Visa you applied for so we can know what to advice you on.

the visa is visiting visa, for a particular educational event taking place there.

Take it easy. Canadian embassy is always having backlog. My mum applied for Temprorary resident visa in March 10, 2012 and she got it in July 2012 (4months). So dont worry its been processed

Ow far bro,dey told me 2wait for 5 or 6months 4mine,we re in same shoe,mine s visitin my sista in ontario n its 6months I wish I xtend it as soon as I get dier cuse na work level,sein her s nt d problem,I ned money, wat event re u goin for?

lol...i feel u bro, d event i'm going for is a kind of management event for students, but i believe they should give me reply before d date of d event.

I started last wek bro,na no job condition s takin me out n am even hearin wit a vist visa I won't b able 2work dier,I just dey confuse

i guess so too, but i think u can process ur working permit when u get there, getting there is d most important thing.
When u're there it'll be easier to process anything u want to process.
