they graduate as ' dental surgeons' , pass through residency training in any of the subspecialities of ' dental and maxillo-facial surgery'.

if you have the opportunity to study dentistry, it pays better to take it. On graduation, you can still be a medical doctor by undergoing about a year programmen or even switch while in sch. Essentially, dentists are doctors too, they specialise on human teeth though. You get paid on the same level as doctors during housemanship. Abeg, take it jare.

In medical school one takes 'professional MBBS examinations' depending on the medical school.
This is based on my medical school!
1st professional MBBS exams- 200L.
2nd professiinal MBBS exams-300L
3rd professional MBBS exams-400L
4th professional MBBS exams-500L
5th and final professional MBBS exams- 600L ( leads to award of MBBS degree to those who pass)
After graduation one undergo a compulsory 12months internship training and national service ( where applicable).
If one chooses to specialise in any medical specialty then the following applies!
Primaries exams- get appointed as REGISTRER
Part 1 exams- get promoted to SENIOR REGISTRER and member of a college
Part 2 exams- get promoted to CONSULTANT and FELLOW of a college
There is NO part 3 exams at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels but some some medical schools called their undergraduate exams 'part 2' part 3 and so on, numbers referred to levels ( 200l, 300l, etc).

I school @ uniben pharmacy and the PharmD is still intact,am still in 100l though but the question is that how will I spend 6years in school and I year internship plus NYSC 8 years. And someone will say I won't be called a Doctor.... Please those that have graduate come to my aid and explain life after graduating as a doctor of pharmacy

The bolded doesn't mean she isn't a Doctor but, that she feels to go by what you will easily understand her of and that goes to show that she don't fancy that tittle but, it her tittle; she is a doctor.

life out of school as a pharmacist, my brother. GNLD guys would like you well Oº°˚˚˚° . Basically, they would compel you to sell their drugs on the street for them at a commission. Am not being sarcastic, that is the real deal, although good jobs are out there for your course but the competition is extremely tough. Yet in my funny mode, come and buy your drugs here, buy 2 get 1 free.
