hmm, r u sure that website you quoted is a joomla site? I personally doubt that is the case. All the same, google abounds with various sites offering templates. Be careful though, as not all of them ensure a secure website.

You sure can turn any design into a joomla template. You just need to have the patience and know-how, with respect to customization.

The first thing I do is get the client to approve all possible variations of their sites pages (typically no more than 3 - 1 home page and 2 inner pages). I then "cut up" the pages to fit the template I want to create. Again, it can be time-consuming but it sure can be done.
