Am just coming back from Unec Campus of the University of Nigeria and there were riots taking place with massive police presence and the school gate closed to prevent the protests from spilling over towards the main town. Rumors have it that the riot was sparked off by the additional N12000 labeled as 'Internet maintenance fee' which was added to the school fees.
