In order to receive student's invitation letter you will have to provide with the following information and the following personal documents or e-mail this information:

Name, Surname,
Citizenship,
Date & place of birth,
Sex,
Passport number,
Passport validity (date of issue & expiry),
Permanent address,
A copy of the passport (pages with the photograph, date of birth and passport validity (date of issue & expiry),
Certificate of Completed Higher Secondary Education( scanned or faxed )
Invitation applications are accepted from febuary every year until first of August. It takes from 10 to 15 days to process the documents with the Ministry of Higher Education of Ukraine.
We can admit the students now who want to start their study in April or September Session 2008. But Invitations will be issued in the end of March .It takes from 10 to 15 days to process the documents with the Ministry of Higher Education of Ukraine.

All Fees are paid after arrival in Ukraine except the cost of “Invitation to Study” and “Visa Support Letter”

Upon receiving the invitation letter, the student must contact the Embassy of Ukraine in his / her country in order to apply for the student's visa. The following documents must be provided:
Application form
10 photographs (3x4cm)
Original invitation letter sent to you
Medical health certificate
HIV/AIDS test
Certificate of Completed Higher Secondary Education ( Translated in Russian ))
In order to enter the territory of Ukraine and to be admitted into the University, a student should have the following documents:

Passport (validity -not less than one year), entry visa
Migration card (must be filled in by you in the airport upon arrival to Ukraine).

For students obtaining admission to the preparatory faculty or the first year:

Medical health certificate -original in English, translated copy of the Medical Health Certificate in Russian or Ukrainian language, certified by a notary or by the Ukrainian Embassy in your country

HIV/AIDS free certificate -original in English, a translated copy of the HIV/AIDS free certificate in Russian/Ukrainian language, certified by a notary or by the Ukrainian Embassy or in your country

15 Passport size (3x4 cm) photographs in matt finish.
Additional documents for students obtaining admission to the Master's degree, Postgraduate course or Ph.D.:

Diploma/Degree Certificate, 2 notarized copies of the Diploma/Degree Certificate, 2 translated copies of the Diploma/Degree Certificate in Russian/Ukrainian language and certified by a notary from the Ukrainian Embassy in your country to carry out the equivalence procedure

Mark sheets of all academic years (including studied subjects, marks & hours for each subject), 2 notarized copies of the Mark sheets, 2 translated copies of the Mark sheets in Russian/Ukrainian language and certified by a notary from the Ukrainian in your country to carry out the equivalence procedure

We will meet the student at the airport and accompany the student to the university and the students' hostel. We must be informed of the flight details (flight number, date and time of arrival, city of arrival and name of airport) seven days in advance.

The student will not be allowed to enter the territory of Ukraine if our representative is not present at the airport with the power of attorney from the University. This is because of the official Rules and Regulations of Ukrainian Immigration

I don’t want to create a forum for this, but just want to know if there is a way we can use our good offices and personels to bring to the notice of the INTERNATIONAL MEDIA BBC/CNN and Nigerian press, the killing of foreigners in general and Nigerians in particular in Kiev, Ukraine, by a group that calls itself the “SKINNED HEAD ”, and why the Nigerian Embassy e Ukraine keep bling eyes on the situation and the Ukrainian Govt are doing nothing about it. This killings has keep extended, foreigners hardly walk the street without turning our heads at 90 degrees every 10 seconds. This sounds funny but its the simple truth, we live daily here with the fear that we may be attacked anytime anyday.
THE SKINNED HEADS ! the’ve done it this time again to a Nigerian, to be precise from EDO STATE.We thank GOD he’s alife but lying critical injured in the hospital. This actually happened on friday the 28th of March.

Police in Ukraine has confirmed the murder of a Sierra Leonean in what they suspect as racist killing.
The 40 year old Sierra Leonean was been found knifed to death in Kiev.
The police said the man’s corpse was discovered over the weekend, Saturday night precisely in a residential district outlying the capital, with stab wounds and a major head injury.
The Ukrainian police said that two minors were suspects but that they had not brought any charges against them. However the police have opened a murder inquiry.
The man is thought to have worked in a Kiev market. A total of six foreigners were murdered in Kiev last year and another five seriously injured.
In January a young refugee from the Democratic Republic of Congo was killed in a fight with unknown assailants, who stabbed him 17 times and left him for dead.
Police have yet to find anyone for that racist attack.
In June 2007 the UN High Commissioner for refugees expressed its “extreme disquiet” over an increase in racist attacks in Ukraine against asylum seekers, refugees and other foreigners.
Ukrainian celebrities and foreigners living in Ukraine staged a demonstration last June in Kiev to protest against mounting racism in the former soviet republic
