Yes, the pathologist could have inflicted the wounds...the guy's lawyer was not there during the autopsy.

Why would the pathologist inflict the wounds? What does he stand to gain? What was/is his beef with the accused? And were you there in court to see every picture submitted as evidence from the crime scene? Unless there is more to this story; something I know not of,if not, the defendant's lawyer's accusation simply smacks of desperation. Accusing a certified pathologist by shifting the blame from the testimony without cogent proof? I really need to read more on this case... hmmmmmmmmmmm
