I was once a victim of that bad habit until i stopped it. I have stopped it for about three or four yrs ago. And I don't find any reason to go back to it again. You need to be self determined to stop it. If you don't stop, it will have effect on sexual performance in the future.

Statistic shows that 50 per cent of Youths are into Mastur-bation (including me, is just that for almost one month now i havn't done and i truely want to stop it) it's very very prevalent among young boys and girls even among the so-called ''born again''. Let me try to help without writing a book. People are affected by what they see and hear.

So the kind of company you keep, your environment, your friends, the kinds of books you read, the types of websites you visit. All these affect you. Separate yourself from these harmful things, pray to God and have faith. Then you shall be delivered.

Psalm 19:13

Remember this psalm too.

For self-service and sexual sins: know what triggers it off, and do your best to avoid it. Many times, there is a form of mental obsession that might be triggered off by watching porn, or maybe smoking or drinking certain things. Identify it and separate from it.

Me thinks maybe someone should tackle the spiritual side of breaking free. As i believe that for some people, they need to tackle it both physically and spiritually at the same time.
