I notice that whenever i ingest food products containing sugar (sucrose), i always encounter difficulty in emptying my bowel.

All these while, i've debunked every possibility of sugar being linked with constipation. Just cannot place a correlation between sugar and constipation.

Like two days back, i took two bottles of cocacola, and uptil now, i'm still not able to defecate.

Is it a kind of allergy or what? This is not the first time it is happening to me.
