ROLE: HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

The ideal candidate must be male and would be required to possess the following:
Qualification & Experience:

Possession of an acceptable 1st degree in any discipline from a reputable tertiary institution
Minimum of 3 years working experience as a HR personnel
Must not be more than 32 years of age by 31st December, 2012
Good report-writing capabilities.
Versatility in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Knowledge & Skills Required:
 Strong negotiation & communication skills.
 Confidentiality.
 Business saavy
 Strong Interpersonal skills.
 Integrity.
Office Administration.
Confident Disposition


ROLE: ADMIN OFFICER

The ideal candidate must befeEmale and would be required to possess the following:
Qualification & Experience:

Role: Exec. Support/PA

The ideal candidate would be required to possess the following;
Qualification & Experience:
Possession of an acceptable 1st degree in law/social sciences/ from a reputable tertiary institution.
Minimum of 4-5 years working experience.
Research and reporting writing skills
Project Management knowledge/experience is an added advantage
 Good report-writing capabilities.
Versatility in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Age Limit - 38 years Max.

DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
 Maintains comprehensive calendar including scheduling of appointments, travel, meetings and conferences for and on behalf of the CEO.
 Undertakes research and special projects as and when requested by the executives.
Co-ordinates seminars, workshops, retreats, training, and meetings including event management
 Acts in capacities authorized by the CEO.
Reads and updates the MD with events and news within the industry
Assists with the preparation of meeting agendas, taking minutes, circulating minutes prepared and follow up on action points agreed at the meetings.
 Manages the travel Itinerary of the CEO as regards booking of flight tickets, booking of hotel accommodation and preparation of allowances.
 Attends to CEO needs /requests and channel them to the appropriate services officers within the organization when necessary.
 Performs other duties as assigned by the CEO from time to time.
