I'ld say am relatively a baby in the IT world compared to some posters i have read in the forum, though av been working in an ISP in lagos for about a month now.

I also have a diploma in network engineering, and have completed 4 of the 7 stages of exams leading to a MCSE on windows server 2003. I have questions and would like people to share what they feel based on their experience.

What are my chances of getting a well paid job in Nigeria or anywhere else with my portfolio (considering the fact that i don't have a univ degree yet, but will complete my MCSE)?

I'ld like to hear as many views as possible.

Your university degree is important to employers in Nigeria, as well as your experience which is most important. However, if you know people in management, you can get a good job after completing your MCSE training. No junior-level manager wants to be blamed for hiring non-degree holder that failed to perform!
