All u have to do is to open 4-5 majors pairs charts on mt4 platform. Monitor them. Any one that goes down(downward trend) or up{upward trend) very well must surely reverse after sometime. Bet either fall or rise on BOM when it has change in direction, maybe by 20-30pips. Use your sense of reasoning to determine the time frame. For me, i normally use 2-4 hours depending on the the 'slope'. Read more in season 5 b/w page 97-99
