Display booths are used during exhibits for a variety of events. These booths show a product or an advertising scheme for a product to attendees who might have an interest in the item. There are a few different options for display booths, all of which vary in terms of price and ease of setup.

Pop-up Display Booth

A pop-up display booth is a small, portable, lightweight booth option that is popular for locations that require quick setup. According to Trade Show Display Depot, a single individual can assemble the display booth in a 30-minute time frame. The booth has a large backdrop and a small podium or desk from which a speaker at the exhibit can stand or present information.

Table Top Displays

A table top display is a half-sized display that stands on a table. These displays are lightweight, relatively inexpensive and can be set up quickly. Table top displays, which a single individual can set up, are ideal for travel and easy movement, as opposed to a one-time showing. They come in several designs that range from a simple fold-up display to a small display that does not need folding.

Modular Displays

Modular displays are custom-designed booths that event attendees can walk through and see various items on display. These are common for kitchen, bathroom or room displays. Any group can use this type of display booth to show more than one item or to allow room for more than one salesperson to pitch to attendees. The problem with modular displays is their high cost; in addition, such displays require more time and manpower to set up.
