Trybe Records CEO, eLDee Tha Don is in the middle of a intellectual propriety theft allegation levelled against him by owners of an entertainment website The controversy is over the highly publicized ‘Kokoma Dance Competition’ which the entertainment website claims was originally their idea for ‘Take Banana’ video by Ice Prince. Allohrandy: Who cares if Eldee stole someones idea? If this is true then he should be taken to court....I remember when someone came to meet me and narrated how one of this multinational company stole his idea after he tendered his proposal...The only advise is whenever you want to show any individual/organization your idea, make sure you patent it and have it backed up legally so that when dey steal it you will sue them for theft... |

they have no case here becos i belive they dont have any copyright document to back up their claims. what jus happ was, they discussed their plans and idea with eldee and eldee just went ahead to excute plan with out them and with no reference to them, (base on the stroy). very annonying but thats life. trust no one. eldee didnt deny the accusation either. well things like this hap. they should move on and create another stuf.... |
