Here i have registered my domain name and also hosted my sites. So they are providing this web site builder tool at free of cost. Then i made a colorful web site.Now my websites are very good look.

you can build a web site for your self easily without any help but this depends on wether you are
adding dynamic contents(i.e news , dynamic pictures , in general contents that change from time to time. ) or is it going to a static site. if you are adding a dynmic content then you need a programmer andi could help you with that,. i coul also teach you how to host a site and buy domian names toooo. just signify if you need ma help or not
